bpost Mobile Postcard

App zelf is ok maar na 3 dagen zijn mijn kaartjes nog niet aangekomen ook al wordt er geadverteerd met next day delivery indien voor 15u aangemaakt. Zelfde probleem voor andere mensen waar ik mee op reis ben.

Of course it is not working! It is not possible to create or login to your account and to send a postcard. Instant uninstall.

Allerslechtste app ooit gebruikt, ook al probeer ik nu 't 3e jaar op rij tijdens mijn kriski-reis (de hoofdreden waarom ik hem gebruik: 3 gratis kaarten!) en meer dan 3j Android phone! Hij blijft even gebruiksonvriendelijk en traag, wordt zelfs erger met 't jaar... De nachtmerrie begint met toevoegen van bestaande foto, wat wel nog werkt, zij het heel traag. Inbrengen van tekst is moeilijk doordat phone keyboard niet in de breedte kan... Copy-paste werkt totaal niet, en ingeven van adres, zowel via 'import' (werkt langs geen kanten!) als manueel, is ware nachtmerrie. Bovendien gaan tekst en/of adres volledig verloren als je 't menu niet helemaal teneinde doorloopt... en dat laatste is vaak totaal onmogelijk omdat de app de 'oercode' (nl. "Zip code" - een van de domste 'uitvindingen' van bpost zelf trouwens) en/of Town (door haar zelf voorgesteld!) niet accepteert, waardoor je niet verderkan. Na 3 dagen afzien en vakantiestress - zeker 5x moeten herbeginnen - kon ik eindelijk de kaartjes afwerken... om dan vast te stellen dat mijn Account (waarover in 't begin met geen woord gerept!) niet meer geldig is = nog een dag gesukkel! Tenslotte nog 2 vd 3 kaarten moeten betalen: SCHANDE!

App werkt niet op mijn device. Advies aan de post: maak de API ter beschikking van app bouwers en deel de inkomsten met hen. Ieder z'n vak.

Foto's willen niet uploaden. Zonde van de tijdverspilling. Geniaal concept, maar zeer slechte uitvoering. Werkt namelijk niet. (Mobiel: huawei p7)

j'aimerais tant pouvoir utiliser ce logiciel dans ma langue... je suis belge et ... FRANCOPHONE !

J'aime beaucoup, le service marche bien, c'est original et efficace. L'appli pourrait être meilleure. -la typo est d'un goût très douteux (imposée) -le nombre de caractère pour le message est trop limité -la façon de redimensionner une image a été améliorée mais ça reste compliqué -pas possible de reprendre une ancienne carte pour la renvoyer à quelqu'un d'autre.

Dit lijkt een veel voorkomend probleem sinds de laatste update, beter snel iets aan doen want de app is helemaal niet bruikbaar zo. Eerst credits kopen om dan te merken dat de kaartjes niet verstuurd raken, mooi van bpost.

Currently the address selection is not working in the app on Android. App version 5.8.0. Cannot sent cards anymore. Alle required doelde have been completed.

Fonctionne mais met en moyenne une semaine pour envoyer les cartes

I still have credit from an older version of this app, but when I try to log in it says I don't have an account... Keeps crashing when trying to set up an account. Very painful and costly experience!!

This app shows a modern B-Post. As proud Belgian I can only applaud and wish you good progress. If I may have some feature requests: 1) add a history of addresses cards were sent to, 2) possibility to store texts, 3) possibility to import Groups from Contacts to send cards to. Thanks!

Last update won't install, error 505

On Nexus 5 and 9, the tick boxes to accept terms and conditions don't appear, and the app refuses to send the card.

Works well. Finally I can make people happy with a post card without the hassle of buying cards and stamps and finding post office boxes to post the latter. I also can decide which photo I send.

Merci de supprimer le cadre blanc autour de la photo. Manque la possibilité d'envoyer une photo depuis l'album vers l'appli avec la fonction 'partager/share'. Et d'accord avec JL ci-dessous, notamment l'historique des envois.

I prepared my emails, then bought some credits, and when I sent the package the percentage goes to 937℅ and asks if I'm sure I want to cancel even though I pressed no cancel button... FIX THIS !!!!!!
