Proximus sim card only? Bad access, bad company, bad app.

I'm abroad, I don't know if this fact is the reason why the app does not work... even the website is not working... completely useless... and then they will complain because the bills are not paid... what if I do not receive them!?

Ik kan mijn favoriete app niet veranderen, er staan klokjes ipv bolletjes, daarnaast duurt het minstens een dg vor de up to date usage te hebben

Ne peux pas recharger avec l'application bancontact pour recharger ma carte prépayée, je ne peux pas consulter ma consommation car même sur un réseau 4g comme demandé il me demande toujours de désactiver le wifi, beaucoup de choses ne vont pas avec cette application, Proximus pourrait faire un gros effort pour rendre cette application beaucoup plus pratique et efficace.

A shame that the usage statistics can experience delays up to a day, otherwise a great app.

Badly designed, and provides inaccurate statistics in consumption of mobile data. Contractual allowance is not correct either. Not useful...

God, how it sucks!

According to Carat this app consumes about 17min of battery time between charges. It is listed in my top 5 of resource hogs... You can not use the app on another network than the one from proximus and using a dual-sim smartphone it is hell too. You can not top-up a pre-paid card either. Rubbish...

The mobile data usage meter never works properly, giving me extra charges when it still says I am below 100%, this function is the only useful function and you can't rely on it, faulty development right there

Used to have widget on my home screen showing amount of data consumed. Does not work anymore, rest of the app is completely useless.

Beschamende app voor een bedrijf als Proximus. Geeft je enkel updates wanneer je verbonden bent met Proximus. Moeten verwijderen omdat mijn OnePlus3 dagelijks meerdere crashes/reboots had door deze app.

Proximus fon not getting connected anymore. Data consumed is also not displayed now. Seems like the company is forcing clients to buy additional data.

L'appli bug depuis 1 mois, j'ai désinstallé / réinstallé.. Rien à faire. Je suis à l'étranger donc c'est peut-être ça? Pourtant ça marchait au début de mon séjour. En attendant ce serait quand même chouette de savoir combien je consomme en roaming... Le but de l'appli quoi.

Cannot load ANYTHING. Plus the website for myproxinus takes forever to open the pages, if at all. The only way to go is call the customer service direct and stay on hold for 10 mins or so but that’s still at least 10x faster than app/ website.

Very limited capabilities for viewing historical consumption. Reconfiguration of services is very crippled... Unusable. This is the same on the main website. It damages the reputation of Proximus as a leader in tech.

It is even funny - the app that has worked once , and then - never again. It doesn't load, I cannot monitor my internet usage. ProximusFon function for WiFi hotspots ("smart WiFi"), works only for a very small number of WiFi spots and most often it just hangs on connecting and interfering with other apps, so I simply switch off the wireless to stop that annoyance.

Connected to wifi or mobile neither one works. Useless app, not really good publicity for a provider

Most of this app is unusable on a tablet or computer. And since one of the last updates it is no longer even possible to log in and use those parts that work, as every time I try to login I get the message that either my email or password is wrong, I tried reseting my password but still won't work. Only way in is by the Internet site, but most options are not away ladle without the app. Once again proximus puts making money before quality.
