I downloaded this specifically for the Tour of Flanders live coverage (Ronde Van Vlaanderen). Read earlier reviews that claim there is no English... there is plenty of English in the app! Only the "News" articles are in Belgian / Dutch. As for a Facebook account, I didn't need for that for most things either. (Only to register my winner predictions.) A great big Thank-You to the race organizers who put this together. Fantastic idea!
