Is there anyway to receive a notification when they're full energy? I didn't receive any if there is. Does the app need to be running at all times?

One thing can be added is the active character (different energy recovery ) if you have the data for it, also if you can add option for bed bonus too to that active char.

Very accurate. I love being able to know my alts energy without having to log in and get disappointed! There's only one thing that I wished I could do on this app.. be able to swap around the characters since I placed them in the wrong order. I don't want to delete and redo all of them.
