تأسست لجنة الإعلام والتوعية المصرفية بالبنوك السعودية مع نهاية عام 2006م بتوجيه من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي، وهي لجنة منبثقة من لجنة رؤساء مجالس إدارات البنوك السعودية لتضطلع بمهمة تعزيز ثقافة الصناعة المصرفية لدى كافة أفراد المجتمع السعودي بمختلف شرائحه وفئاته، ورفع مستوى الوعي بالقضايا والمستجدات ذات العلاقة بالنشاط المصرفي على المستوى المحلي والعالمي. Founded committee IO banking Saudi banks by the end of 2006 under the guidance of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, a sub-committee of the Committee chairmen of Saudi banks departments to undertake the task of promoting a culture of the banking industry with all members of Saudi society, different segments and groups, and raise the level of awareness of the issues and developments related banking activity at the local and global level.
