WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS APP. This app was a disaster and a total and complete scam and ripoff. If I could rate it at 0 I would. They suck your bank account dry after lying to you and telling you that you'll only be billed when you use the service, which by the way is useless because it never works. Then charge you enormous amounts of money monthly for a useless service and would not refund your hard earned money. Every time I called customer service I got a different explanation. They truly ate the worst service I've ever used and still battling to get my money back and to have them stop billing me... lodging a formal complaint with bbb. Buyer beware!
I would give less than 1 star if possible. If you don't use this app regularly it charges you $3.99 a month without permission or notification.
After being kicked out of the app several times I was finally able to make an account but it still says that there is not account under the email I used. Please help!
Avoid this company. I kept getting hit with fees left and right. There are so many hidden fees I was not aware of. Non compliance fee, card fees, annual fees, monthly fees, maintenance fees. They charge me $40 something for I don't know what and $105 annual fee. I closed my account inmediately and will never do business with them ever again. They are not transparent at all. Don't do business with this company PLEASE.
Been using this app for about 3 or 4 years now at least. Run transactions for my business every day and have yet to have an issue.

Bugginess on screen timeout is a hassle, Note2 does ok but Note4 can't initialize card reader after using a different app, so re-logins make customers wait.
Costumer service, was telling me for 3 day's that my transaction was delayed for some documents, I summit the document, and after a week didn't get the money, after 3 hours trying to communicate with them they told me you need to submit more documents, so I think they are not a responsible company and they also play with your money! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

I ORIGINALLY submitted the application over the phone. I received my card reader and STILL had to submit all of my information (including social and bank info). Once I finished and tried to log in it says my application is still open and requested that I fill out my information........ Once I did this AGAIN the same notice popped up after I finished. After giving my PRIVATE INFORMATION 3x I finally said forget it. I'll stick with SQUARE READER.

This app is complete and utter garbage, and I loathe my job for forcing me to use it. When it's not taking a eon handling transactions, it's crashing multiple times before I can even use it. I hope whoever made this app feels the shame of failure whenever they look upon this wreck.
Thank you for the update on the tip screen and signature screen option. what took so long? Grateful. developers often do not understand the elements of business. Always great customer service.
Please change tip screen back. Very dissatisfied. Uncomfortable with my clients

Since the update the app crashes and I don't like how the tip menu is brought up first. Its like you demand tips.

App will stop responding at minimum once or twice a day have to resign in info (not saved after crash) Alway apologizing to guests for delays..
On HTC One M8 the colour scheme is unreadable. The bars appear bright yellow with white text. Better contrasting colours would be best. There is no immediate feedback for a successful swipe, there is a 5+ sec delay before the processing busy wheel appears. Transaction window is pretty good.
The tip screen is separate and prior to the signature screen. It creates a socially awkward and presumptuous moment. Please change back
Love it for my business
There are a lot of bugs for Android users. I have been having a problem with a "User is not Admin" error message, which I was told was going to be fixed in the next update. They said the update would come out 3 weeks ago, but instead it came out today and it still did not fix the problem.
I love that I can cc' myself on the receipt and retain the email address for contact info.
I use Phoneswipe for my business. It is great. Easy to use, great customer service. I recommend it!

I've been using Phone Swipe to process credit cards for my business since 2013. Overall decent service and fees.
