It's ok. Tough to find what the fee is after a transaction. Mobile site is not easy to find things and lacks a lot of information.
I have my own business and I love this company you also can make cashiers with this app for your employee's
Terrible customer service. Sent me an email stating that I could accept funds then froze the account. I lost over $200.00 because the sale got refunded.
The deposits take a little time but other than that it's great
unlike square and some others, cant keep credit card on file, need to do it more profesional, the reader can't read many cards, so, need to type in and pay higher fee.
I love this app for my own small business. I can track every transaction, cash or credit. Keeps my customer information when given and let's me track their buying patters. But last Dec it crashed on me on a cash sale. Had to use other tracker method.
They offer a service supposedly easy to accept credit cards and then they put inconveniences to give you back your money of your transaction and they block the money and never give you back. For my was like a steal. The costumer service act in a unfriendly way. They think that any new costumer is a swindler and this is the time that I never received back my money without any explanation.. Don't believe in a friendly way to catch costumer and at the end they are not pro costumer.

A side company called Global Payments charged my bank the money I charged a customer. PayAnywhere wanted information to prove the transactions were legit. They accepted it. But Global Payments is not PayAnywhere. Global Payments is archaic in that they wanted a printed copy of the digital receipt faxed to them as they don't work via email or any digital correspondence. PayAnywhere does not work on your behalf to legitimize transactions. You are on your own. Always have the ability to print every receipt before using. Ask your customers for their names and home addresses(pervert) and phone numbers and/emails in case you need to contact them in the future. Explain to the customer that you promise not to do anything malicious with this information. Hopefully they are still willing to work with you. Choose SQUARE readers instead.
We tried it and it's very disappointing. Tons of problems that will make you lose business. Very bad.

Literally stole my customers money! Set up and activated account, called to verify successful completion, charged 3 customers a total of $225, after not receiving deposit for 22 days called THREE TIMES and was told my deposit was coming. 28 days, CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS NOT ELIGIBLE!!! Changed my account, NO DEPOSIT NO EMAIL!!! I processed a refund for all my customers, after closing the account, got a $3.79 deposit for "settlement"????. I've never been so disgusted. If there were
So frustrated by this app! I've used it with great success on my Samsung Galaxy S7, my iPad, & even my iPod. When it works, it is easy to use! I've been trying to put it on a Samsung Galaxy tablet and I'm not having much success at all! It installed just fine but the app will NOT open. This is the only mobile payment my Girl Scout troop is allowed to use per our council's guidelines. If I had my way we wouldn't use it at all! I need to get this fixed and I've not gotten any support back from Pay Anywhere.

Every time they update it takes forever for them to work out the issues. I used to try calling in to assist but as a business owner I don't have that amount of time to sit in hold! It takes a long time to get to support and don't even attempt to email about an issue because they just tell you to call haha!!! I've signed up for square and hope they are more stable.

Now I barely like them. Their customer service department sucks. Plain and simple. If it's a complaint, an inquiry, or anything non-financial, they bounce you around and ignore you. Their app is "acceptable" but if they cannot address my concerns ($5,000+ in charges per month), then off to another company I go. (They have one or two downtimes per month!)

When ur signing up, you actually have to wait for approval to open an account, in which they are checking your credit, without letting the consumer know the process! The whole process is a hassel, when asked about the credit check they say its always done and that theirs nothing they can do about it, why do u need a credit check it your using a credit card reader to recieve money, not ask for a dam loan! Customer service rep was very rude, and never appoligized and hanged up, buyers beware!!!
Taking to long to process transactions and it keeps stop working when i open the app wnd i have to put all my info in over again.
Not going well at all. Wont take bank info ..... "the square" is looking attractive ...tired of going back and forth with customer service ...
