you guyes just does not deserv a single star .other online shops much much better then you.they provied timly delivery .babyoye dispatch items after 8 to 10 days and after 15 days u received the item what slowest service you have .I would say your service is pathetic. They don't response to your call there customercare executive are always busy you have to hold call more then 15 to 20 minutes and its not free . I am going to un install the app and never going to shop in babyoye nor recommend to any one.

Pros: good collection, jaw-dropping discounts at times. Cons: Search option doesn't work properly in the app, throws error 'sorry no product available'. Items take forever to be delivered. If you call customer service the waiting time is around 30mins. If you email them response is too slow, or no response at all.

It has so many issues. If u search for something n sort the products in price range or gender category the products are not sorted instead u end up landing in a different search page. Also i have had issue thrice while applying the promo code at checkout. The cashback is never reflected back n u find later that there was some technical issue n so the code didnt work...n this is told to you after you repeteadly mail the cusyomer care for an answer

It's been a week since I've gt my product delivered.. I called the customer care ppl n raised a return request a week back till now haven't got any sort of response from their end. Every time I call the customer care it says representatives r busy n I haven't got this issue resolved.

The app crashes the minute you use multiple filters, they do not dispatch products for 10-15 days, when you follow up they tell you the product is defective and hence the order is cancelled and then take 3-4 more follow ups to return your money! Was good once, is rubbish now

Have ordered clothes for my daughter delivery date was promised with in 7 days. Where as clothes received after 25 days. Even after many follow ups - call & email... It's really pathetic

I ordered a product on 8th of Sept., which is still not delivered!!! They never answered calls on the IVR even after holding for over 9 minutes. Worst bloody experience with this bullshit company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!

The app doesn't show details on ur purchases.. You can't go to the product from the bag and don't know how to use cash back.. So it's wasted.. And also no details on knowing wer ur parcel lies

I ordered product from babyoye. Product not delivered even after 25 day. After dropping emails product cancelled automatically without taking my concern. And asking 7 days for refund. Blocked money for more than 1 month.

Not at all user friendly, after calling customer care which is not toll free one has to hold on for 10 15 min .... falsely alluring on cashback offer .... if at all a person from mahindra is reading please guide how to redeem cashback.... as nothing is working ....... worst ever appp

After sales service is very bad...it takes a month to return the products and refund amount is also miscalculated. A part of the order gets cancelled on its own and the amount paid in respect of the same is not credited to our account. Fraud website.. Totally unreliable website and app. Customer care representatives assure of resolving the issues with their kind words but do not take any action. If anyone from mahindra is reading this..read my mails too...

These people even don't have customer care no working. I have my cash back which I am not able to use and don't know whom to call for it. Really frustrating.

Can't apply filters in the right combination, you are able to see the product/products that you want. But if you use the filters in the right combination to get only those products it says there are no products available. Added along are the features, most of the common features that are commonly used are hidden, especially tracking the orders that were made. It's a waste of time using this app.

No mention of approximate delivery time. No COD option. So now I have paid 4000 rs and have no idea where my products are. They kept me waiting for 20 mins o customer care number. Twice. No one was available to talk. I hung up both times. I have absolutely no idea when will I receive the products I need them by Friday at any cost otherwise it won't be of any use to me. Seems like I may have to cancel the order. I am highly disappointed.

App works ok. Collection & quality of products are a class apart. Also the deals are fine, not much of hidden disappointments & minimal shipping charges of Rs 50 (orders less than 499) are good. The customer care service has deteriorated past one year. Phone lines are not toll free & calls are not answered even after 15 min wait time. Mails are answered quite late. When asked for status of order, they wait until the delivery is made,sometimes upto a week & then reply "We see that the package has already been delivered". Maybe a clever way of answering but you lose the customer's trust. Delivery timelines were excellent earlier, but now to even pack an order, it takes min. 5 days.

I am struggling to open my cart since 3-4 months. But it is unable to open whereas there is credit amount in the account which I want to use . And these people are just playing with me through emails... And not ready to give me my credit money which is balanced in the account... there are no calls from their side after complaining so many times.. And when I call them from my side, they always keep me waiting...I think they don't want to give me my money back..

So many problems with the app. Plus their customer service numbers NEVER respond. After making payment the order is just not traceable. All other apps have option to track delivery, these people want us to call or write mail... where they NEVER respond. Multiple filters don't work here, so you are left with long list to search for desired item. The list goes on and on. Mahindras name is maligning with this app.

I like shopping from this site mainly because it offers excellent stuff. There's a slight issue with their search. Unlike first cry their sale offers are actually real and not just price marks ups.

Products are nice so far as per our expectation. The only thing is the product is not delivered as the expected delivery date given. Two to three days delay happens.

They are just amazing. Prices which they give no 1 can ever match. Quality of products are a class apart which no1 deliver's. The only problem is their customer care which is pathetic.

When ever I open to buy something am excited and then u start exploring and adding some filters , all of a sudden I get this message saying no items available, I have seen that while applying the gender filter this happens a lot . before I decide to stop using the app forever please fix it .

I bought a cotton kurta for Rs.1299 by using my accumulated cash back of Rs.1164 and remaining Rs.135 by my credit card and when I realised it wasn't cotton I returned it and what they refunded is Rs.135.My entire cash back has gone on a wrong product.Worst service.

First sent an item less without notifying and collected full money on delivery. No one from customer service informed of missing item during delivery. Took ages to deliver from agreed date. Pathetic refund process

This app gives big discounts than retail store... Product are so low in price with coupon code... ordered some let's hope for faster delivery...

Not at all user friendly .. most of the items are out of stock and I have got my order cancelled after waiting for it for 2 weeks.. poor customer service .. will never recommend baby oye..

I am trying to use CASHBACK code to redeem. But it's saying. Code is not selected brand. I ve referred it's mail of brand. Still same answer. It is fake app indeed. Don't install it

Categorisation and filters should be redesigned. Images of products appears very small on app. Competitor apps are well designed. Else products and offers are great.

It doesn't show all the ordered products with price...you have to keep on checking ur old emails. Service is also very slow while other companies delivering the product in 2-3 days without any extra charge, baby oye just confirms the order in 2-3 days or sometimes more.then delivery again takes 8-10 days.

Have purchased baby product from Babyoye several times and I always get great deals compare to other shopping sites like firstcry, hopscotch, etc.

Guys, babyoye have worst service and offers. I bought multiple products but delivery was never on time and product quality was also not good. They have pathetic cash back offers, your own cash in babyoye wallet is valid only for a month and you can not spend cash back amount on discounted products, cashback is just applicable on MRP and on limited products. Application is also not very good, there is no option for track your order and sometimes it shows completed status without delivery.Plz try other apps.

Worst service. The product I ordered is disqualified by them without informed. Near about 15 days no refund generated.

So many restrictions on cash back amount , it's applicable on mrp only

other apps have better offers..and also it opens fast..price wise not happy
