Very good application to order good quality fish. The app should add the option to edit the order. Like add deduct items. change delivery time n date. change delivery place .change payment option etc.now you need to cancel and again do the same process.Why don't you think about adding Meat products also. Like Buffalo (speciality cuts like Tenderloin ribs.etc eg Lulu) Duck. Chicken.Quills.Pork ( Especially different cuts ) Mutton. Turkey. Etc why not hygenic Dry fishes.Marinated fish..pickles. .

The service is fine. The App looks good, but LOT OF DIFFICULTIES in getting CONNECTED. Appart from that, I got a referral money of ₹ 200 as points in my wallet at the time of installing the app. I have used 100 points for purchase. But now I couldn't see the remaining 100 points in my daily fish wallet. Again the prices are not in par with the outlet prices. Agree that there will be a difference in the prices to cover up the expenses for hosting the app and for backoffice works, but its really costlier

I have previously ordered different fishes 2-3 times but now i am not able to confirm the same old address i used to provide. A validation says 'Your chosen address doesnot match with the location selected, kindly validate city/location' and i am not able to proceed further. Kindly let me know how to proceed further

Good customer service and a seemingly efficient delivery system doesn't make up for a poor product. Wanted my folks to try out this service since they were always sceptical of buying fish online. But the delivered fish was far from fresh and close to being rotten. If you are curious about the price, that was well above the local market rate too. I think freshtohome is better here in Trivandrum.

Daily Fish Order No 100045196. Somebody came to deliver the time house made was available. He didn't even told her that he came to deliver fish. When made told nobody in house he simply left the house. When I called customer care, 30 mins after delivery attempt, executive told they don't have product. I suspect the delivery boy came to tell the product is out of stock. If you have 10 mins to go to nearby market fot fresh fish, never buy from Daily Fresh fish.

Delivered a rotten product. It was the first purchase to test and the last. I think in Kerala we have much better options than this to get the fresh fish.

Day by day the price getting higher than local market.same on the product , very bad and not maintain the quality of product, dear ones please avoide purchasing with daily fish

How to stop the SMS daily fish sends us? Couldn't find any option in the app. Too many messages are annoying. Fish is good.

I ordered thinking it will be fresh. The date of packing was 20 days older. It was frozen fish and not cleaned also. Please take it back. My first purchase is disaster. Yuck.

Things go smoothly except for cancelling an order. I accidentally ordered two of the same kind but couldn't find the button to cancel one of them.

I decide by 11am whatever fish I need to have and get it delivered at 7pm. Just in time dinner cooking.. No messing with cutting & cleaning. No waste to dispose off.. Fish is always fresh and tasty.. Cons : limited choice of fish compared to other home deliveries.

Even though it is mentioned as Anchovy Large, it is small in size. I have bought bigger size Anchovy from market. Please ensure description tallies with the actual item supplied. Other items I got as per order, Sears and Large Prawns, were satisfactory.

App excellent since delivery of fresh fish at home is pampering...but when the prices are not at all changing related to market prices...i feel at loss buying online fish...especially when fish is cheap in the market now...

The app may or may not be good. .But you guys should have some sense.. Why do you keep sending sms every single day ? Pls stop sms and try notifications !!

They are not punctual. They delivered the fish after the given time.

I ordered this product one day back and had to call thrice... Still they didn't bother to reply and had to cancel the order... Worst service...

Lost money lost trust

Prompt delivery and good quality fish. Your app is good and easy to select the fish. I have one doubt that how your cover can be used to keep the fish in air tight once it is opened.

This app sells fish at twice the rate available in the market. The "catch of the day" is frozen. Absolutely hate it for unfair pricing. Also extremely irritated at the early morning SMS.

I am a customer of Daily fish for the last six months. The quality of items delivered is fine. Timely service is there. It will be better if you can include more varieties like Kakka, Kallummakkaya etc..

Mackeral costing Rs.180/kg in and around Kochi is sold here at Rs.190/ 0.5kg (Rs.380/kg). Now a days all retailers provide quality products.They also dress/ cut the fish as per customer request at no extra cost.Tall claims about unadulterated fish holds no ground as there is no means of testing the same.The app is meant only for persons whose mobility is restricted.It maybe noted that all online shopping applications provide goods at a competitive prices.This one(Daily fish) is fleecing gullible customers.

Good application for order fresh and hygiene fish for all fish lovers. The rates little high as market price but don't worry and use promotion code and get cheap rate as compared market rate

Installed the app and when opened it freezes in first scr1. Not going inside. Need to fix this bug.

Bad quality and bad smell and not fresh

On 7th March after seeing your advertisement I had ordered for amt Rs.480/-. I didn't get the privilege coupon and also my fish coins got deducted .

It is a very user friendly app and also the fish is of good quality but the prices are little higher when compared to other alternatives.

Fresh fish at your doorstep!! A well thought out & user friendly app that surprisingly easily, brought the freshest fish I have enjoyed in Kochi in a very long time. Great packaging, hygienic & clean catch with prompt ontime delivery. The best thing was the amazingly cheap prices on offer. No more early morning queing up at the neighbourhood fishmarket. Love this new way of sourcing fish Baby Marine Group has thoughtfully gifted to all of us fish-lovers. I will now be buying my fish only from Daily Fish!
