Works right out of the box. Always amazes me when the technically challenged place all the blame on an item. I had the system up and running in under 10 minutes with no problems at all. My wife really enjoys it. Great monitor and mobile clarity with the video. Included touch screen monitor has numerous option which were also super easy to setup. Good product. Will be excellent for our upcoming baby..

I received this monitor as a gift and have not been able to do anything with the phone app or my computer. I'm glad this monitor was a gift or else I would be returning it.

When I first got the monitor, everything worked perfect. And now although the monitor and watch still work in my house, the app and website no longer work so I cannot view the feed from my smartphone, which is why I wanted this model. I work 3rd shift and need to check in on my baby and now this feature is gone. Why does the app not allow me to sign in and the website say it no longer exists?

I registered for an account on the company website and then tried to login and it said my password is invalid. I tried to reset my password and never got an email with a password reset link. I called Jakks Pacific customer service 4 times and nobody was able to help me. They kept saying they'd call me back later and never did. I returned the product to the store. Overpriced garbage
