Calculate temporary total disability benefits based on California laws. A simple calculator for straight forward cases and an advanced calculator that takes the minimum and maximum benefit rates into consideration from 1997 to 2013. Two year increases and SAWW increases are calculated automatically for minimum and maximum earners. Broken benefit periods can be calculated and are totalled automatically. 104 week cap is identified for injury dates after 1/1/2008. Any potential payment more than 5 years from date of injury is identified with a warning. Save your calculations for future reference or adding future payment periods.
