Not just a simple "trace this character" or "copy what you see", Thai Characters Complete gives feedback on how you are doing on each character, and grades you on your attempts.
Five modules are used to help you learn to read and write the Thai Alphabet:
Reading Practice - Start here to familiarize yourself with the alphabet - choose from High/Mid/Low Consonants, Vowels, or numbers (or any combination of those).
Reading Quiz - Use this module to test and re-enforce your ability to quickly identify spoken characters.
Writing Practice- Utilized to practice writing each character. Get your muscle memory down for listening and seeing the characters.
Writing Quiz - Get your brain to access the muscle memory developed in practice mode, and watch how quickly your ability to retain the characters rises.
Numbers - Two modes to help you learn the Thai Numbers. Easy and Hard. Practice from 0 - 99999, and see how quickly you can then identify all the Thai numbers.

I cant big this app up enough! It is a truely excellent concept and it really does help you learn the thai alphabet, visually with images, audibly with the spoken letter and sound? Demonstrates how to write and tests your ability to write, everything contained within the app. Excellent support form the dev. Well worth the upgrade. Id give it 10 stars if i could! :)

This was just what I needed. I was struggling learning the different classes of consonants and complex numbers. For the price of a latte and in the time it takes to fly to Chiang Mai I was able to get the all the consonants memorized. I noticed one glitch and emailed developer and it was fixed within hours!! Incredible. Thanks so much. I am recommending this to all my expat friends.

Tried all sorts of aids to try and memorise Thai alphabet but think this is the best. After a couple of days just picking it up when I have a spares minute or have a cuppa I switch it on and play for a short while. Find I'm getting nearly 100% now. Would like to be able to re set scores though?

Well worth the money for the upgrade, this app does exactly what it says on the tin effectively and efficiently. Also the customer service is excellent. I spotted a minor error contacted the developer who had an update in the store in less than 24 hours - over a weekend at that!

I have been studying Thai for about 2 weeks, and this is a good compliment for my learning, I like it a lot, though it would be nice some times to have pictures helping you with the consonants.
