The teaching and playing multimedia form simulated emergency cardiac situations:
• Hypertensive crisis,
• ACS, with and non ST elevation, CLBBB,
• Pulmonary edema,
• Cardiogenic shock,
• Pulmonary embolism,
• Paroxysmal of atrial fibrillation,
• Ventricular tachycardia,
• Ventricular fibrillation,
• Pulseless electrical activity,
• Asystole and Stroke.
Modeling of cardiac diseases based on the calculation of specific hemodynamic parameters: blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR) and respiratory (BR), cardiac output (CO), blood volume (CBV), systemic vascular resistance (SVR), pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), pulmonary artery occlusion pressure (PAOP), central venous pressure (CVP), the echocardiographic indices: the size of the left atrium (La), end-diastolic volume (EDV), stroke volume (SV), the thickness of the interventricular septum (IVS), the pulmonary artery pressure (PAP), ejection fraction (EF).
To calculate the variable for different diseases of hemodynamic parameters using known mathematical formulas (laws) hemodynamics. For example,
• MAP = CO * SVR + CVP
• MPAP = CO * PVR + PAOP
• SV = EDV * EF / 100
• HR = CO / SV * 1000
Imitation of treatment based on pharmacological properties of drugs that affect the basic hemodynamic parameters.
Treatment protocols are based on the recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology.
