Love the app. User friendly. Small changes the new mail address are not there still @adsl.co.za and not @internet.co.za - other than that no complaints about app. Thank you

I love it. In my opinion, it's the web version compacted into a stable, efficient, user friendly app, and it's brilliant. I shout out loudly: "I am thoroughly impressed"!

Worst sign up as a new client ever! So disappointed! Waste of time!

Please add more features in line with the web version, such as changing dns settings and remote access. Other than that the service seems fine.

Would be great if you could have added a new service with in the app

Whenever I upgrade or downgrade my package, it times out. Have to go on to the browser to do this. Not very useful.

My app hasnt worked for a while, even after 2 updates installed. The menu icon is there at the top left corner, I can open it, when I select anything on it, the menu closes, as it should, but the screen just remains blank. So theres nothing. I havnt been able to use this app for more than 2 months.

Slow app. Impractical and clunky. Shoddy design, too.

I took out your card from my Samsung phone where it was working perfectly and put it into my other phone (Huawei) and it didn't want to work it. Please explain why l can't use card on different phones.

Great functionality, nice fresh look. Only issue is using it on a tablet, it is only available on portrait - is a tablet compatible version planned?

The app does everything it should, but Axxess should really update the app with a material interface, complete with a Material splash screen, colored status bars, more animations, etc.

It's just awesome. Simple and does what it needs to.

Hate the new update a lot of the features is gone. Axxess fix this please. I would like the option back where i can view my monthly usage where now i can only view my daily usage.

Unable to view adsl usage stats and detailed info about 3g data as before. Still has a top up option, 'fix my line' ability, ticketing system which I normally use. All in all interface is different with lesser visibility of my products and added feature to remove notifications.

Dont like this app anymore its was great before but now it sucks big time.

After upgrade I don't have adsl Internet info, only mobile internet

You do not have option to recreate port when the app reckons the line is fine. Not extremely useful otherwise.

Bring back the option to request a port reset via the app then I'll happily give you a 5 star

1.When mobile data is depleted the scroll bar shows full dark orange. 2. The "view more" button is irritating. Why not just scroll? Especially when returning and wanting to move down one - you are back at the top and having to "view more" to get back down to where you last drilled in...

Fix my lines doesn't work , old version was better .

Had prior issues with this app.. but now that they sorted it out.. running great works great...

Could check total monthly usage on capped account. Would be nice to have the same feature on uncapped combo account. Otherwise, very happy.

Easy when on the go and app always improving

was a great app. ever since the new styling and functionality changes it's a waste. doesn't even show my correct services. cache is not even cleared after a change is made. poor development.

After update, app no longer of any use. Can't reset ADSL connection.
