Vocal Slides II - Autism for Android
This fault I have seen several times, tried to contact developpers but mail addresses I found in the app and in the website are obsolete
This was an excellent app for my daughter. However, it is geared more for social stories.
A lot of thought has been put into designing this app! Simple enough for a person with cognitive difficulties to learn to use it, and containing useful features like the possibility of adding both real sound and electronic voice to the photographs. It has taken me a long time to find it due to not having "photo" or "talk/speak" in its name. I will recommend it to the Speech and Language Therapists in my team, as it is one of the best I have seen around (for Android).
This app is perfect for what I need working with my students with communication difficulties and I can even just use it to make stories. Also, a big plus is that the developers seem very responsive and dedicated to making sure the app runs smoothly and bug free. Thanks.

This is the only app I've found that can record audio and text over images. My 4 year old learnt how to use it in seconds. The audio record feature is superbly implemented and so is the direct photo from camera. The export and import card and project functions, along with being able to use audio and images already stored on the device, make building up a library painless. Thank you.

I could not get the recorded audio to play, but the text to speech is ok. Hoping to use this with an aphasia patient as it is customizable with picture and text. Wish you could customize more like text size.
