With V Radio Recorder you can:
- use the app as a Dictaphone
- Listen to a large choice of radios from all over the world.
- Search the radio by Country, by Type or/and by Station name
- Add the radio station to favorites
- Add your own station link
- Record the radio
- Schedule your recordings
- Pause the direct and then resume playing the broadcast from the time you paused the station or you can move forward or backward the radio stream along the period from the beginning up to the direct
- Combine the Rewind/Forward and Record; for example listen to the radio during 10 minutes and rewind to launch the recording of what you are interested in
- Launch the app in the background and use your telephone normally
- Share your favorite radio station with others via Facebook, E-mail, Twitter...

This is a great app. But in the last 6 weeks or so it has become very unreliable...in fact unusable...scheduled recordings seem to always stop after 30mins and I think 36 secs...what is going on ...is some update causing a problem...I used it regularly for several recordings a week for 6 months and it was generally excellent..please fix it and I will give it 5 STARS.

Wanted to record a UK radio nomination, seems to work very well.

URLs (m3u) on Logitech Squeezebox doesn't work here. Emailed developer 2 times & never heard anything. Email me @Ino & lets work out the problem. This could have been perfect solution to TuneIn app which now doesn't carry iHeartRadio but URLs just doesn't work here. PROs: lets user control destiny by adding own URLs; DVR like recorder; CONs: some URLs unexplainably doesn't play; recordings are hidden in folders only can be played & deleted outside of app.

Only just trying it out, will record radio in the background but seems to cut out after an hour and half ish, but seeing my new galaxy s6 doesn't even have radio then this is really helpful.. Still playing with it but so far I'm very happy, cheers for the app.

Plays few seconds of music in a randomly changing loop, sometimes erratically skipping. That has been my experience with two of my favorite stations. I noticed several broken links in the built-in stations library. There WERE occasions of smooth playing when I SCHEDULED a recording and played it afterwards...

Finally: A net radio app where I can set a full, detailed schedule of what I want to listen to throughout the day, week and weekend. Wake up to news, listen rock throughout the day, update news over lunchtime and listen blues at night before switching off at bed time. Or whatever else you want - just schedule it the way you want it. I use an old tablet connected to a good set of speakers as my permanent radio player. Has enough stations for me but could have more. (The recorder is a bonus.)

It looks like this app has what I need but I can't add the radio station I want. I have typed it in at least 10 times on the add station page, in different ways and it just says 'invalid URL'. Am I missing something? what format should the link be?

My favourite stations are missing. Recording can not be deleted unless you use file manager and hours to locate. So close yet usless to me.
