Mini Synthesizer for Android
I LOVE THESE EMU's!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fun but laggy.
Works well on Droid X. A bit glitchy at times but well done over all. I run the phone into my home stereo system for much better sound.
Changing my 1 star review. Either a phone update got this working for me some time back and its an absolute blast.
Force close no launch on g-tablet
Finally...an android synth that's faithful to real vintage. It needs better pinch to zoom and higher res graphics, but overall it's actually usable.
Decent, but doesn't offer polyphonic sounds. G2
Would have been ok for free, but I expect something to work much better than this if I'm paying for it.
It was interesting and I was looking forward to using it to learn how analog synths work. But then it stopped producing any sound at all. Floating keyboard unresponsive as well. Uninstalled. Samsung Epic 4G Touch.
multitouch cuts in and out and the knobs are way oversensitive as far as being full on/full off, but otherwise this is GREAT fun to mess with! thumbs up.
Sound is awful. Graphics are very low res even on the high res setting. No demo version so I was forced to pay for it, and there's no refund! Zero stars if I could.
Fum, but move to SD would be nice
dsnt wrk...
Force closes upon startup on LG Ally
Doesn't work!!!
Just got a lot better. Keep up the good work!
It probably should be made a free app until the latency and dropout issues are resolved. But unlike the last reviewer, I managed to make it sound like a MiniMoog, just took a lot of tweaking. Just gotta do something about the 92ms latency...
Doesn't sound like a Moog, either. Dials are hard to set accurately which kinda defeats the point of a synth emulation. Mod wheel applied to filter has an unpredictable effect. I understand about the latency, but the knobs should be settable either by the GUI or a numerical popup. Disappointed and uninstalling....
Set the image resolution to medium, zoom the interface down to fit the entire screen, and forget about the multitouch not working (which is more or less a ROM issue), and you have one heck of a synth that works amazing on the Kindle Fire! The only other issue I'm having is that the programmer on the right is hard to control, but the up and down buttons work just as good. Thanks!
I'm sure it's great but the tiny interface just doesn't cut it. It doesn't sound anything like my old Prodigy, but what can you expect! Worth a try...
Getting better with every update, but latency still the downer. Samsung Epic 4g Galaxy S
Latency is an OS problem and can't be helped. Write the Android team for better audio capabilities. It's still not done in ICS.
Nice little app, but my galawy screen phone seems very small for this !
Oh dear. Coming from the iPhone I was hoping to find something comparable to NLog, iSyn or Xewton. The latency is bad and the GUI is unusable. Avoid.
Works good on mytouch g4. Read before buying, latency is an android hardware issue, not the app. The 15 minute test time is google policy, not devs.
I love this app, it is so great. Tried to install the Axxe version on my LG Optimus Android 2.2 and it wouldn't ever load. Bummer...
Paid a pound for a minimoog. All i get is a blank screen. No Refund.
This doesn't work on HTC Desire S. No sound at all. I've been through all the settings. Disappointed.
Installed this on my HTC Evo to find out it is completely unusable contrary to the program showing almost no latency. Fail.
Freakin Fantastic! Finally synth apps that look like the real thing and sounds great!
Great fun but multitouch is kind of finicky. Worth the $1 i paid for sure!

Not used it yet. Bought it because the programmer is a Don and it's about time I gave something back for all the years I've used these synths for free on Linux distros. The Bristol emulators are some of the best stand alone emulators around IMHO.
