Jeenee Mobile Usage Monitor for Android
1 star is 1 too many! The app itself is inaccurate. Ask for phone number as username but I use it for data only so I don't use/remember this number. For Jeenee: Customer service = non existent Overcharge
The app doesn't work, I cannot log in with my password and phone number and it tells me to contact customer support. When I contacted them via fb messenger they stopped replying
Very user friendly design and layout but completely inaccurate stats (in relation to data usage at least). With the end of my monthly billing cycle nearly done I've been keeping a close eye on my usage through the app (as it has caught me out in the past). Overnight I went from 69% data used to 99% used. That's around 10GB (this was after watching it change the night before from about 10.5 left to 10). I've been comparing with my phone's built in data usage so was on top of it. But a discrepancy of 10GB makes the app not very useful.
It was working well, till new update shows wrong usage data. Will work fine for 2 days if you reinstall but for back to worse. Please fix.
Doesn't show any usage information in my case. I have no service and I don't know why. It says it's my third day of a billing month. Well, not helpful.
This works OK for usage monitoring, and the widget is handy. It's an odd little app though, with some strange behaviours, eg: it frequently requires the user to login again with number & password. This is unusual for mobile apps for good reasons (if a password is easy to remember, it's probably a bad password). Also this app (weirdly, and uniquely) doesn't appear in the Android recents screen, making it very hard to switch between it and a password manager when logging in.
Frankly, with the threat of being billed for extra data if you go over, you need to provide something much more current than 2 day old usage stats. Makes it impossible to accurately track and use what you pay for.
2 Problems. Optus updates info before 48 hours. Would make app more accurate. It doesn't show international credit
App incorrectly believes I have 50mins worth of calls when I have 400 mins
Kinda useless. Can't do anything with your account. Just see usage.
Kicks me out after log in. Something in your account has changed log in again. Over and over and over.
App is no good, logs itself out right after logging in and says "some changes have been made on your account, but couldn't get the details please log in again"
Please fix this, design is good, data usage is accurate but calls are not.
I get logged out straight after i log in... Get a message taht something has changed with my account

Great app and widget
waste, showing 5% usage for 17days & got a 50% and followed by 75% sms from jeenee when this useless app still showing false and jeenee are aware as I complained 3 times and they say that it's in the ptocess of getting fixed. what a load of BS - so frustrating

Anyone having trouble with the android app. I can log in thru the web ok but the app isn't playing nicely. It accepts my email address & password but kicks me out two second after trying to load Any ideas ??

Says I have 300 000 txts Left. Think I only sent about 20 so far. The writing is so small had to get my Magnifying Glass Out the Draw. But then I remembered I can take a picture of it with my spare phone and EXPAND THE PIC To see what it Says. I dont like such big circles taking up all the space of the screen its near impossible to read the txt. 2 different Views to choose from would be nice. A Straight Bar instead of Circle would use less space. Why dont my mobile App look like the One ON TOP OF THIS
This app is far from accurate! It's saying that I have 6gb of data when in fact I only have 3.5gb of data, therefore it keeps giving me false readings and a false sense of security because I am using more data that I should and the app is showing that I am using far less. I have uninstall and install this app at least 5x now and it is currently the latest version and it hasn't changed anything!! I have already alerted Jeenee Customer Service twice on this matter and reinstall the app this morning- still the same problem! Pretty annoyed with it and it's pretty useless until the problem is fixed!

It's chewed through 380mb of data in 3 days u using up my data allowance very quickly. Three weeks down the track, been in contact with jeenee support multiple times and my data still hasn't been returned to my account, do yourself a favor don't choose jeenee
It's used up 692 Mb of mobile data and gigabytes of WiFi data. It was on the default setting of checking twice daily. Very unhappy The problem has been resolved thanks to jeenee staff
The Jeenee widget would be so much better - if it actually worked. I am into the 5th day of my billing period and the widget still shows that I have made 0% calls & downloads, which is incorrect. Why have an app/widget for measuring usage unless it ACTUALLY works??
This app uses so much background data. I've got it set to refresh every 6 hours and I've had it for 6 days and its downloaded over 450mb
It is simple & basic, but it does exactly what you want, & so far it's been accurate. Having all the info you need & having a dedicated app to the carrier you have is "The Best" way to monitor your usage. Very happy with the carrier & the app! Thankyou Jeenee Mobile! :-)
Seems to work fine in the main except the little dashboard indicator that should display all the relevant information in a strip as per the screen shot 5 above doesn't appear on my KitKat smartphone? Is this a bug or is there a way to make it appear?
Keeps says mobile number is in wrong format
Warning : latest version needed me to clear app data & re-login for usage details to show. Much easier than using the website from a phone! One suggestion, where it says "Summary: overusing data" - it'd be nice to see the current usage per day for the month to date, vs allowed data use per month (in my case 3Gb/30days) - maybe overlay the two in different colours on each bar graph? Just to see how far ahead /behind of schedule I am in using my data.
I'm always surprised and pleased with your quality of service. This app shows usage information much better than that of other larger telcos I've been with in the past. I also like Josh's idea of a days remaining/used bar so I can compare my usage as the month progresses. Keep up the great work! Edit: They added the billing period progress bar!
Only suggestion is to have where in the month you're up to. Example: 1 of 30. EDIT: It does have it!

Just getting started with Jeenee Mobile for the Mammoth Data Plans. Had above average customer service and a smooth transition so far, unlike many telcos. The app is working as intended so far. Does what I need it to do to avoid excess data charges. Sure, there's a lag, that's fair and normal.
