In fact, one in three women who've ever had a baby will wet themselves. In the majority of cases, however, urinary incontinence as a result of pregnancy and childbirth is preventable and treatable.

Like everybody else's comments... The reminders don't work. I've already reinstalled. Might just uninstall now. What's good is the app if the reminders don't work? Shame, would be helpful.

I can't even open the app. It crashes everytime I try. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times and it keeps crashing. ETA: I am using the app on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

EDITED AGAIN- It seems that every time I leave a review or edit the reminders suddenly start working again. This is getting very frustrating! PLEASE FIX IT!!! EDITED- The remiders suddenly started to work- for a week and this app suddenly became useful, then they've stopped again!! PLEASE FIX IT!! I would LOVE this app if the reminders worked! I struggle to remember to do my exercises 3 times a day. I might as well delete the app and just set alarms on my phone.
