iiNet Support for Android
The app is getting better slowly. You can view your invoices now, and request callbacks which is nice. You can view the status of your various accounts, but it loads really slow and sometimes fails to get all the information. Also if you rotate the screen, it reloads which is frustrating given how slow it is sometimes.
Guess theres a lot of haters out there who don't get their correct log in details haha ???? Works great for me (also using XZ Premium), perfectly linked to the toolbox, plz give me discount on next bill. Love long time iinet..
It won't let me login - says password is incorrect, even though it's not. What a waste of time.
Just downloaded this app and I am supremely disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for many years and have highly recommended iiNet to friends and family. App issues: auto refreshes and takes me back to home screen. Webmail link does not work properly - freezes on blank white screen. When choosing desktop email, cannot move or resize screen to read the full contents of the email. I have an email in there that I need access to right now and cannot find anyway to do it without a laptop of PC which I don't have right now. Sorry iiNET, I still think you guys are awesome but your app is terrible
Says password is incorrect. Got iinet to send password. Used it still won't accept. Using new Sony XZ. Poor effort iinet.
Works fine. If you want to read emails either set up your phone correctly to retrieve them for you or use a proper cloud based email service such as Gmail. Not iinet fault people don't know how to use a phone/app to its full advantage.
I cant seem to find the widget no more. That was quite useful when i had the iinet support widget on my screen n it showed how much data I've used n how many more days till the cycle ends. Can we have the widget back?
Want to be able to use it for mobile plan with iiNet but because I only have mobile with them I don't know how to log in and no response yet from support on this.
Works great on Samsung mobile, no problems with app at all!! dont know why so many negative comments

C'mon guys, I've downloaded this app three times in the past few weeks and it still doesn't allow any password. Please rectify this!
To the person below hoop jump ur comment u wrote with what u said and who cares u idiot if it works for u ur such a drop kick get a life . and to this people who are having trouble below I've been through hell with IINET billing APS not working incorrect billing only way to have iinet to listen was take court action as they were found they lied and were in breach of their own terms and conditions
Joop jump lies and sucks on iinets cock. Doesn't work. Login never has. Works on website not on here
Disappointed that i can no longer make changes to my current plans via the app.
Won't allow me to login and keeps telling me my password is incorrect.
Others are correct logging in tells me also my password is incorrect. Tried a couple of times
Reading the data usage is a pain and inaccurate especially when you have peak and off peak quotas

Since going to NBN it does not show usage anymore and and display does not fit to screen Galaxy S7
Why does it take ages to retrieve volume usage? Come on iiNet, you can do better!

If you are going to release an app that allows you to update payment details, how about you make that app show all needed fields!

New update fixes one crash, but there's now another. Volume Usage > tap a day > tap view hourly > crash. Also app can't understand the 1000GB Naked deal, shows as 0 MB / -591mb per day remaining. Makes no sense. Need a better QA process....
Worked fine until a couple of weeks ago, then started playing up and finally would not accept pwd. However it looks like it's now working ok again. Thanks.

Good when it gives me all of my services. Most times it will only get 1 out of 2.

A HUGE oversight with this app is the fact that it only shows one meter for total data usage with absolutely NO way to view peak and off-peak usage separately. This seems utterly ridiculous and renders the app completely useless to me. I hope this gets addressed soon as the app seems pretty handy otherwise!
