Needs a better more functional UX design. It is not user friendly bus timetables are hard to find and innacurate. Where it has the option go on on my account there should be my details and i shouldn't have to constantly put in my smartrider number.

where's the live bus tracking?

Times are always wrong

The times aren't correct. It used to display the 344 to Warwick but doesn't anymore.

Needs live tracking of buses and closer stops. Edit... Still needs live bus tracking

Rubbish. Needs updating, add cars onto app so you can quickly change between them or add additional cars.

Ok for planning & monitoring services but needs work to be more useful. Better/more integration with smartrider. Switch active car for parking, see history & be able hotlist a card.

Love it! I use it everyday! It's so useful for finding routes and checking your balance on your smartrider! Love love love!

Why doesn't this app let you see bus timetables?

Terrible path suggestions, misses obvious and superior options, recommend the website instead

Good app, should add line maintenance with replacement bus. Maybe peek travel times. However makes life easier with planning public transport travel

The Android app on Mandurah line says incorrect patterns, says all trains are all stops, when only every second train is all stops

They should make feature which link your smartrider with your phone and enable the tag feature so you can use your phone as a smartrider. There are times you'll forget your smartrider but I doubt much people will forget their phone. Just a suggestion (ツ)

This app is a perfect match for Transperth's services, i.e. useless.

BUG: McIver to Perth Underground as favourite route crashes the app every time on three different handsets!

This app is easy to use and trlls you directions properly but it never gives you a right timetable and I have been late for work a couple of times.

The worst app ever, transperth should invest in making this app useful accurate & easy to use, yet they invest in advertising something that does not work half the time, inaccurate & completely waste of time

Clunky UI, inflexible search parameters, unreliable timetables, horrible Smartrider support, and no live bus tracking.

This app is good, but it often crashes when viewing the map of a bus route "this app has stopped working". Please fix.

This was very handy when I being from country Western Australia had to travel from Carlisle to Murdoch for Hospital treatment at Fiona Stanley Hospital on the train for 3 weeks every day thanks to the creators of this app it took a lot of the panic and anxiety of being in the big smoke with other things to worry about.

Couldn't do much as there is no way to create an account in the app. To make matters worse the transperth website to create an account has an invalid SSL cert...

Needs LIVE public holiday and weekend timetables. Have miss calculated a bus way too many times because of it still on midweek timetables

You can only see three options in New Journey. No live tracking. No straight forward timetables. Inferior to Trip View (Syd and Melb), and yet I pay close to twice what it cost me to travel in Sydney for distance.

Doesn't let you download bus schedules via app. No live tracking or turn by turn guide while walking to bus stop. Would be great if actually tracks bus arrivals like public transport app in other countries.

I don't use public transport very much but have found this useful when I do. Have just linked my Smartrider card to my account and added cars for parking. Would be great to be able to change active car via the app.

This app is a constant source of disappointment. I search for journey options and get sent the longer routes. Im currently watching bus leave the bus stop opposite the one im sitting at going the shorter route because this app told me that the stop im at will get me there quicker..... garbage

No thanks to the inaccuracies of the timetable information on this app I've been late for work twice. Have verified actual timetable with Transperth staff only to find app times are WRONG. F#@#ing hopeless.

The idea of this app ia good, but would be nice if its reliable. T The times of the buses are outdated, i would have to wait for a couple of minutes and up to one hour for the next bus to come. It sometimes work but the amount of time it doesnt is unreasonable.

How the hell do you even get it to "watch" your favourite journey? Its not intuitive at all! And i agree with other comments there is a definite need for live bus tracking as the timetable vs actual bus rock up is not reliable. Overall its a good concept, but missing the details required to make it user friendly or reliable. I have used transport apps before that are much more on the mark

It's hard to use the APP. Even finding a timetable via the APP is challenging. Furthermore, after going through too much pain, not the best route are suggested. The worst part is that even those not good results are presented in a messy way. Big icons, total fare but not actual bus routes, numbers. Well, there are many good alternatives, but this app has the latest timetable. That is only pros comes to my mind.

The algorithm is bizarre, usually chooses journeys that are awkward. Lots of walking & changes even when I know there are far simpler options to get to destination. Can reset walking kms but no option for "fewest changes" or "quickest journey" which are more important. NO MAP, route or directions..WTF? How are people unfamiliar with Perth meant to navigate between changes and stops? App lists destinations and stops that aren't searchable on Google, walk 1.9km to get there with no directions.

No native integration with TransPerth alerts. To see disruptions, it redirects to the website. Completely unintuitive interface, and trying to find specific bus route timetables from an interchange is much harder than it should be. Other apps are a much better choice than this.

App is completely bricked after update. Absolutely nothing works at all, its all "service is unavailable" and "you are not authorised". Been like this for weeks, with no bugfix in sight. Great app is now utterly useless.

The app seems like it would be useful, however it didn't tell is that the trains weren't running today because of track works. We waited at the station for a long time for the train scheduled on the app. Would rate more stars if it had accurate updates.
