Road Mode

App is good.. Really does save life.. I'm always looking at my phone when I get a text tho I don't want to.. This app really has help me focus on the road.. The only problem with this app is that you still get calls coming when you are driving..

Needs 1x1 widget .currently only has 2x2 and 4x2 widget. The larger widgets make the page layout look wrong

The auto reply option is great but the standard message is crap. Need to add custom messages, people have been asking for 3 years

Doesnt work. Phone still rings. Personalised text message response would also be good.

Texting and calling can now wait. But what software engineers don't realise is that when it deactivates to 20 Km/hr and have a over 1000 kg of metal you will just hit as hard against a solid object.

Need to be able to select disable both voice and text. OR just text. Most vehicles have hands free built in for a reason. The under 20 k's for 10 minutes does not work in peak traffic periods. If you have sound notification for text then why disable. Wait till safe to park and answer. If in hands free cradle text displayed on screen anyhow, so if not urgent can reply later. Until they change law to being illegal to use phone at all in car this is useless. Is this a pre-warning to such a legislation change?

Perhaps it could include a setting to personalise your own auto reply?

Saw it at advertise at vicroads its very good so wat if the phone rings it will text the person back

Really great to have an app like this. It's not widely advertised and should be.

Just Stupid app

I think this app is great idea, but, my daughter just got her learners 3 days ago & this app would be fantastic for her to have on her phone, but as she has an iPhone it is not available to her. Is this app going to be available for iPhone users anytime soon? Also tried the app for the first time today. For receiving a text it worked fine, but when a phone call came through the phone still rang. Will try again on our next trip out & will update review & stars if these issues are resolved

Thanks for this app it is great. Shame on the people who degrade it. You just keep on texting while you drive you idiots.

l find putting phone on silent before getting in car achieves the same result. It's not difficult just press the relevant button before getting in vehicle. Or just not answering until you stop. Kenan Dudok is quite right. Education. Is all that is required. Teach driving at school make it part of curriculum. Or is it too costly. Not nearly as costly as rehab for injuries sustained by being stupid behind wheel. Oh yes l forgot l am entering old persons age for driving. But drive for a living.

Auto message needs to be configurable. App starts even if GPS is off, as in, one could enable the app but it wont work. Needs to flag GPS status if enabled with GPS off. Should also have option to divert to voice mail as an option as well.

The idea is really good but you should be able to customize the auto-message.

This app needs the auto responce to be personalised. Other apps around do this. Its pointless have an app with a stand msg thought up by a public servant. Who hasnt worked a day as an owner/operator in their life.

I only downloaded this app to write a review saying what a stupid idea of an app. If you want better drivers then put getting a car licence into the education system and promote cheaper registration and car insurance for any driver that has done an advanced driving course. I've got a car, bike, boat and jet ski licence.

Installed it only moments ago so can't give in use feedback, but I like its simplicity. Would be handy to have a 1x1 On/Off widget as an option. Thank you for a much needed app.

This is an excellent idea. However it would be nice to have the option of answering calls as most cars these days are equipped with Bluetooth. Aslo I do agree that being able to personalize the auto response would be much better.

Can't see list of missed call. It only show number of missed call. Personalise auto response is a good idea. Why do you need to answer the phone when you're suppose to be DRIVING. Get off the phone.

Its crap. Doesn't even work. My phone still rings and still beeps when the ap is turned on. Uninstalling it coz what's the use of using up phone memory on something that doesn't work?

I now use road mode before I get I to the car. It does not ring ad does not distract me. I turn it back on when I get out if car. Simple!

Nice and simple app. I would love a widget as my phone sits in a holder and bluetooths music to my car

Install it and wsd excited till the app locked my phone onto messages. I reinstall and same again. Please let me know if there is a fix
