PlanningVIC: Planning Report

The app accesses the Victorian Government's Planning Property Report service which provides free reports with planning information for any property in Victoria, Australia. The app uses your current location (when in Victoria), or allows entry of any other address in Victoria to provide a planning report for that property.

Reports are delivered in HTML and PDF format and are identical to those that are also available from the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning's website.

Typically this app would be used by real estate agents, planners, architects, potential property purchasers, or anyone with an interest in the planning scheme zoning, overlays and provisions applying to a property in Victoria.
