Smartraveller for Android
Title says it all.
I've registered on the smart traveler web site, and the app doesn't even know it. It wants me to do it again, but then can't show me what I've done. Less than useless. Even dangerous. Will use the web site.
Always out of date, out of touch & ridiculously cautious. If you listened to this you'd never go out your front door. The result of closeted beauraucrats with only sensationalist media for reference.
Received notification but nothing when I opened the app. I registered my details online and could not retrieve my details in the app
Please update your app to work on 2016 Android devices or take it off Google store.
I logged on and dutifully entered my trip details on a computer & can't now access them via my phone- which i am taking away with me!
I had it on IOS no problems but here when I click on the countries it's blank if fixed I'll give it 5 stars
Doesn't work on sumsung s7
Spent ages entering my travel plan into the app but got no feedback confirmation when submitted. I redid the travel plan (& 3 others in my travel party) via the website to be sure.
Couldnt find anything about phillipines.
great app, I love it. Always register my trips with this app.
The app is very useful for finding out about the danger levels in countries if you know how it's broken and how to access the information. Tapping on push notifications doesn't go directly to the travel alerts for that country, you would have to open the app and navigate to the country yourself if you want to know what the update is. Also every instance of where there is scrolling is broken, there are unnecessary blank spaces taking up the whole screen so that the information is hidden.
Downloaded to use re extensive Europe trip and found having to scroll all countries everytime very annoying. Put in an alphabet quicklink to jump to the country we want. When I went to 'submit' it claimed there was 'no internet connection' and it did not save the countries, dates and details I had just spent an hour entering.
Cannot get any information about South Korea or Indonesia. Cannot see any notifications or country specific advice. Country specific information is also missing. Pretty poorly designed app. Please fix. It will be very useful for me. Thanks in advance.

Once you have registered a trip you can't see the trip you've registered. Having to scroll to find destinations rather than type in first few letters is a bit tedious. No where to enter partners details
I have registered my travel plans using the app, but now I can't see what I have registered, and apparently can't make changes or supplement submitted data with helpful details DFAT would be helped by receiving. The app admits only a very limited amount of information... makes me wonder if it is worth the exercise. Overall, I applaud the idea, I think it can be improved.
Travel Advice index is colour coded (green, yellow, orange, red); and you can register your travel plans through this app. Would be good if I could mark certain countries as favourites so that they appear at the top of the Travel Advice list.
Unable to search any countries. Obviously made by the census IT team.
Also no mention that you risk execution for being an atheist in several countries.
Cannot open the app!!
Will not synce with already opened accounts and trip details
Great idea to use when travelling always

Just does not work. - Unable to even add a destination. Click on Destination and a blank page appears with no keyboard or any method of entering anything.
Most useful for australian citizens. Nothing in particular about what to be aware of when travelling in australia.

How on earth to the app install size increase to almost 200MB! It's the largest app on my phone. Last thing you need when travelling overseas, greedy apps on your cheap phone with low space to install stuff. I call lazy coding by the developer
