QLD Learner Logbook

This app is handy and a brilliant alternative to the booklet however, recently it has gotten very very slow and glitchy taking a long time to move from page to page. Hopefully the next updated fixes these issues. I will update my review when necessary. Until then, I will continue using this app and practice a little patience :)

App is unresponsive on both android & iOS devices. I get this error message frequently, do not know why, as I have not entered trips with these odometer readings: the odometer i snot consistent with the values used in another trip Can be a delay after doing an update and when the email comes in for the supervisor to approve. For $300K development AND a further $100K maintenance, we should be getting better without these bugs.

All was well and good until I had completed 50 trips and now even with supervisor approral they won't show up in the app? I have 4 hours in 'unapproved' trips. Really frustrating and disheartening.

I have hit the forgot password box but keep getting an error saying it can't help at this time. Great concept but has issues.

This app was great for the first 47 hours I used it but recently I'm unable to approve my trips thus am not able to continue towards my 100 hours. A fix is definitely needed.

Love this!! Only annoying part is adding drivers and cars. Once that is done it is fantastic - so much better than the manual book!

Some days when i try to open it up it crashes, i almost lost 2 hour because of that

Unresponsive, locks up, can't approve in app, takes too long to update changes etc. Don't like it.

Glitches everytime causing my phone to freeze and takes along time to work

The app is no longer registering my trips. I have an approximate 6 hours that has not been registered despite being approved by the supervisors. Please fix this as I would rather not have to repeat 40+ hours of driving.

This really is a brilliant app. It's saved me so much time in recording my driving hours.

Doesn't work on Nougat, needs ssl certificate updates.

Daughter installed yesterday. Did one lesson with me. I am getting an email to approve that trip EVERY TEN MINUTES despite already approving

Every time I try to submit my hours to my supervisor for approval it comes up with an "email can't be sent, please try again later" type error! Everything is filled in so I can't understand why... Please fix as this is way better than the RACQ one which has stopped working all together!!!!

I have not got my learners yet but would like to access this app to do the practice test. The local police officer had a meeting and introduced this app to everyone and said to use it. But i can not register because i do not have a learners how can i create an account? Please get back to me

Telling me wrong password, then error can't reset, so now have two lots of hours that I cant log. How do I add these hours or are they lost? Whats the point of this app if it can't be accessed? Then I get a call from RTA and guess what? they can't access my details. WTF how can you have a app and not be able to access details?

When logging more than 10 trips, I have needed to uninstall and then install the app again in order for the trips to appear as approved
