A unique invitation code, passport, drivers license and medicare care, then email verification and SMS code still don't get access (90 points). The email states a drivers license is worth 60 points, but the verification only grants 50 points. It doesn't need to be this arduous.

Everytime I log on it says my password is wrong. I change it to the exact same password it was before then try to log on again and it tells me it's wrong. So sick of this

To start off with...why have 2 Apps? Qschools and Qparents? Cant they just be made into one? It's a great idea but done badly.. Secondly, I can't login so I requested a "forgot password" email. I haven't got it and it's been 20 minutes I even checked my email was spelt right and requested an email 4 TIMES. Still nothing... this App is horrible.

Some parts of it are great, but the fact that I'm unable to make any payments on it makes it very frustrating. It never accepts my expiry date when I enter my card (has a red box around it despite being entered correctly), and then won't let me continue. I always have to borrow one of my children's laptops to make a payment, which defeats the purpose of having the app on my phone.

This is really gives me the bagels. Why on earth do we need to login in two different apps for one child. I have two children that's means I will have to login twice. Education department supposed to have intelligent people. Where are they? I am soooo you know what..angry and annoyed. To top of all this logging in and reading all the (because they can write) crap they still send all the info via email. I mean who cares and has time to read what tuck shop has in the menu.

Was just forced to update and now unable to make a payment. Very inconvenient. Enter all the payment details, hit submit and nothing happens. Payment not made.
