Express Plus Lite

Same problems as everyone else is having, says "service not available" after submitting report. Typical half assed effort by our benevolent government. Wasted an hour on my mobile last pay, just trying to find out if my report went through.

Second fortnight of declaring without confirmation. Last time I was silly enough to call to make sure it had worked... 40 minutes of holding... I don't have time for that... I have to get to work. Just fix it. Seriously.

This app used to be good but the last 3 or 4 fortnights it just crashes just as its about to submit all earnings and comes up with a error with no service connection! ! My report still registers on my gov but ive got no receipt numbers or record on the app of submitting my details ?? Fix this ASAP !!

Says "service not available" after reporting and does not give confirmation. Payment still went through but makes me worry. Please fix.

Crashes after submitting. No wonder no one has faith in the government problem with the app probably wont get fixed till after the election or never as funding for it has probably been cut

The same as everyone else, probably a stupid tactic to get ppl off the dole somehow? I work 20 hours pw and rarely get assistance from centerlink but on the off chance i dont get called its helpful but not knowing wether my claim has gone through or what entitled to is ridiculous

Always crashes after hitting submit. Not getting a comfirmation. On one occasion showed reported income and submitted at my end but did not submit at other. Problematic

Like every government app just sits itself when have to report!! Useless waste of time!!

Says service unavailable after reporting, just fix it so people know it went through.

Honestly it's hard to rate this app at all since it doesn't even work and I spend all my money on credit calling in to know if I have reported or not.

Everytime i use it, it crashes. Please fix.

Review Update: So the app works pretty well now, however an would like to see Push Notifications for when next reporting dates are due to remind people when its time to report.

Works perfectly for 13days go to report sorry we're unavailable happens every fortnight how strange

Maybe it's my connection but the whole point is not to communicate every second... Maybe let me enter the data and then send it rather than checking constantly.

Works well & a no fuss application

Never runs smoothly, there are always issues. Too slow, or will not load properly then when you finally get into it, it decides to kick you out.

Why does it need full access to everything ? Why does it need access to contacts ? Why does it need access to the camera ? Why does it need access to call history ?

U would expect it to not work if its got anything to do with the goverment.i guess they cant make up their minds who runnin the country so we cant realy expect them to get a app right

Please fix this so i can move it to my sd card, have no free space left!

I have installed it on a previous phone, which broke down and now it insists it is already installed. It insists on the old phone model and does not allow me to add my new phone model - unable to install.

Timesheet calendar is good idea. When I go to report and I am on the activities page it doesn't recognize the total hours I am inputting.

All you can do with this app is Report anything that you need to - Timesheet. Also, navigate: History; Find Us; Contact; Language; Privacy & Logoff. That's all...
