This app has the ability to store photos of receipts and warranty periods in the "My Items" view however, the "My Items" view is not scrollable nor searchable. What is the point of storing your purchase receipts if you can't find them using the app afterwards?

Can I go to the accc with a compaint about the accc app not being able to access receipts on my new device. Waste of compete time ACCC. Shonky. Might need to submit this app to Choice Magazine for there shonky awards.

This app is useless as the image can't be zoomed in to show the details to the store.

Great concept, but I just got a new phone and there's no apparent way to transfer the data over, other than to take photos of the screen of my old phone.

I've been using this for ages, storing all my info on important purchases. Today, all my items were gone.☹

Worked great for a few weeks then all my receipt photos were replaced by orange backgrounds.

Great information guide. Handy receipt backup and warrenty alarm. BUT there is no log in so you loose everything when you change phones

Given one of the primary features of this app is to save important receipts, it's inexcusable for a backup option (to ext SD and Dropbox etc) to be missing. I am trying NumReceipt app instead.

Good app, but needs to be able to export and import data in case of phone chainge. Please fix next version.

Its just information which I can get from google. The app should give real time pricing of products, safety information, alerts etc. Also mobile compatible complaints template or form rather than email. If u ask me its a bit out dated in terms of app technology. Almost not useful at all.

Absolutely needs ability to back up photos of receipts (and probably other things as well) to SD card and/or cloud storage. I've just upgraded my phone and forgot about this, and have lost all receipts stored over past couple of years. Otherwise it's a good and useful app.

Statutory warranties are good, but the app lacks information on how consumers may exercise their rights if the retailer is no longer in business.
