Purpose of this App
The main purpose of ATLAS Lite is to provide users with a summary of their daily travel activities.

What this application does
ATLAS Lite records your travel behaviour without using your phone's GPS to minimise its battery usage. Collected data is recorded on the device and, only when you click the upload button, the travel record will be uploaded to a server. ATLAS Lite is designed to work in the background and never interferes with other apps on your phone.

Confidentiality and security of data
You always have the option to delete any day of your travel activities before uploading it to the server. You always have the option to delete your records without uploading. All collected data through this app will be coded to protect those details that might be considered as confidential. Moreover, all recorded travel attributes will be de-identified and stored confidentially in a separate database.
