App is very slow when navigating and making selections - making it difficult to use at times, requires too much personal info to even access any details, and there is no link to the Terms and Conditions - so you have to agree to them without even seeing them.

I don't know if it's my phone, or my WiFi, but nothing loads on the app. I can click on everything, but I can't actually load any of its content. I tried to update my profile on it, and it doesn't work.
