Wilson epark

Awful app, ripoff company. Only loaded it because the machine wasn't working and I know Wilson's predator inspectors will be ready to pounce with a fine. 50¢ transaction fee on top is rediculous. Bring on disruption in this sector.

Have all my details on this app and still got a fine 65$ because the transaction didn't finish on my phone, when they could have simply sent a notification through the app and provided an opportunity to pay for the parking via the app instead here is their greedy response.... A short grace period is allowed for drivers to park their vehicle and immediately go to a ticket machine to obtain a ticket or to use the epark booking. However, this does not cover time to leave the car park prior to paying for your parking. The pay by epark booking shows that you did not pay for your parking until 12:00AM after this Notice was issued at 10:04AM. We regret to inform you that the above Parking Breach Notice has not been cancelled. Payment (65$) for the Notice must be made within 20 days of the date of this letter. Please note that a further recovery cost of $15.00 may be incurred if you fail to pay this notice by the due date.

Rip off!! Charged a 50c transaction fee to use it! Don't maintain your parking pay point to force more people to use it and it's win win for Wilson parking. Should be bought to the attention of fremantle council but I am sure they get enough kick backs from Wilson to see it as not a problem.

Convenient to use, but why discourage people by charging a $0.50 transaction fee? You should have the option of PayPal too. People don't like giving out credit card details.

Crap and dodgy looking. Says in T&C's they will take fees on each transaction and fees can change at any time but dont say how much it costs or how much it can increase by. Just another rip off by corporate greed. STAY AWAY you have been warned.

I used it once and ended up with three charges to my credit card, only one was correct. Tried to contact company for refund and explanation but get no response. Barge pole material!

Can't add my credit card because it's apparently "Expired" even though it's expiry is in 2 years time and it works perfectly for me in everything else. Didn't have enough coins and Wilson has removed card functionality on their ticket machines to force customers to use this app. Disgusting.

This app is just a piece of s**t and totally unusable. Wilson pushed people to use this rubbish and raised the price for whom using their parking machine.

Charge my card to sign up then charge more to use facilities.. why would anyone use this.

Sets up on ipad ok. Doesn't set up on android phone at all.

I have used this app twice and have paid over $3.50 more on the second occasion and .50 on the first. Good idea but it is cheaper to use mo et. It is a shame... i will never ae this app again.i would not have given any start if i had an option.

Advertised on main website, but only provides parking options for WA. Does not use website account and requires completely new account sign up and credit card details through a dodgy looking page that you have no idea is secure or not

Why not use Paypal or Google for payments?

Wilson parking machine's didnt take debt card nor did it take bank notes..... do they want me to carry a bag full of change around? Stupid
