Not a friendly interface. I misplaced my booking reference and was hoping webjet would keep track of my upcoming trips - similarly to Nookings app. No, it did not. Or if it did it is not easily accessible. Webjet just lost me as the customer, and I will be looking for another operator to book my flights with.

Had trouble with the website on my phone so downloaded the app. The apps prices don't match those from the website ($120 more expensive). Ended up having to book it through my laptop to get the good price but surely it shouldn't be this much trouble to book on your phone?

It is what it is and its to be used in conjunction with Webjet web site then you have all ends covered. Well some don't like it and that's there right. But in its class I find it very useful. Not perfect but nor am I

Very bad app! Most apps aim for simplicity and ease of use. This app frustrated me within one minute and subsequently uninstalled it! Get with the times webjet! Make it easier.. I won't even check yr website now sorry

A simple error such as typing mr instead of ms can cost up to $44 to change and requires a lengthy process. I would sugest booking directly with a carrier and not through this app. Customer service is terrible and they do not value their customers. After have been a loyal customer this meant nothing. Additionally no one at customer service has any power to make decisions that need to be made. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

It's handy... However.. flight's info does not get updated correctly. Our flight was changed to earlier one by the airline.. notification of our upcoming flights did not reflect this change.. so little unreliable. Also it would need easier access to e tickets

Not a complete app! booked a flight from Melbourne to Sydney, the airline charged me extra for luggage even though I paid for extra luggage to webjet. Better of using the airlines website or app.

I have downloaded it several times and cant find where to put dates in it will only allow me to book for today. I had the old app and it worked well. I am IT savy...but this app is useless to me if departure and arrival dates are non existant or so hard to find.

Since the last update I cannot search destinations for hotels. I get message saying ' Sorry your connection was lost. Please try again' .Still able to search flights.
