You should be embarrassed... Well it doesn't do what it says and never runs so basically useless. I agree for a supposed tier 1 telcos this is your primary business. We have apps developed at school running better than this and it was done by 11 year olds...

What kind of idiot designed this app. When trying to browse to upgrade menu item. You are asked to provide your mobile number and a text message is send to your mobile with a validation code. If you want to look at the code by opening the text message, the application logs out automatically abd the process starts all over again. How stupid is that???

Hasn't improved since my last unimpressed review. Says I've got no credit after a fresh recharge and repeated phone restarts. Once in a while information is updated. Previous reviewer was right. You should be embarrassed. Would give zero stars if I could.

I cannot believe this. Just cannot find the bloody expiration date on prepaid service. Are you just want us to miss the recharge date and lose all our credits? You know what? Even I lost my credit. I'll call Telecom ombudsman to get it back! Plus penalty!

The app is broken. Keeps looping and trying to load a page but crashes on my Samsung galaxy A5. Please fix the application. Just because you have a big pool of customers doesn't mean you cannot offer support to clients.

Useless. The call and data usage doesn't update, you have to go into the daily breakdowns and then try and estimate how much of your allowance you have used over the past few weeks

Worst app i have ever used. This app is broken and it is happening from last 2 years.. i hate this. Happy to five them 0 star but have to give minimum 1.????????

Very disappointing. Your app keeps crashing and shutting down on my note 8. Not the first time I have had trouble with the app. Unfortunately the ratings don't include negative scores.

This app is useless it is completly unusable. I have tried uninstalling is several times and reinstalling it but nothing works. For a big company you think they would have an app that works. Very disappointed!

The app is terrible because it unable to show all your plan inclusions. Half you can view on app and remaining half you can view only through website. Contacted technical support before this rating.

The widget does not update. Can't log in from the widget. Constantly get "something didn't go as planned". This is hopeless for monitoring usage. Please fix it or advise how make it work.

This app is garbage. Login is hit or miss. You can not even make payments as it is so glitchy it always comes back with payment problem . Just trying to put the ex date of your card and it fills it in for you 01/01. Never worked properly from day one. It must be an embarrassment for a phone company to allow such junk.

The app doesn't update data usage. Could easily miss the monthly cap and be charged for extra data. Have reinstalled numerous times and it still doesn't work. Vodafone customer service at a loss & couldn't help find solution. Wouldn't bother with app.

Terrible app. I suggest other users to always log out before closing as this seems to help with glirching and app not opening

Very poor CS on 1555. I talked to 5 different agents and same skills. Train them well. They're rude.

App Does not work on the pixel 2 xl. Automatically keeps shifting between the loading screen and usage screen. Very unstable.

Included screenshots are not a representation of the app; it looks different. Also sends verification messages which require you change apps, which upon return forces a reload of the entire app meaning the verification code cannot be input. Extremely poor app which is a perfect demonstration of what Vodafone AU thinks of its customers. Would rate 0 if I could.

When I signed up for my Vodafone account always doesn't accept it. Error all the time. But when I go to Shop there's no problem

Crashes frequently and does not reflect correct data allowance or usage, so basically useless, just like Vodafone themselves. A completely inept company that can't really get anything right.

Not very helpful. It doesn't work at all when trying to recharge, just loads for a long time then crashes. The rest of the time it's very slow to show you data usage.

The app is so frequently bugged and unable to perform you'd never guess that it was made by one of the leading service providers in AUS. Should be ashamed.

Always crashing, buggy, and half the time Vodafone has "technical issues" The app restarts when you change apps so you can't even check your sms for your new password. You'd think a big phone company would know how to make an app but this is garbage.

App won't open. Just sits there with a grey screen doing nothing. This has been happening since 18th September, even after multiple app updates. Very frustrating! When are you doing to fix this crappy app?!?!

Revert back to working version. The loop never ends and app has become useless.

Used to be OK but now error messages, crashes, gets stuck in a loop and sometimes doesn't even open. Absolutely useless.

Rubbish. Never been able to make a payment through this app (or on the web for that matter). Have to endure the voice IVR system to make payments...

Works now with Samsung Galaxy Note8. The app is still poorly done. User experience and User Interface is poorly thought of.

Works, but the widget is no longer resizable. Nor does it have the new dark theme that the app has, but very useful

Trying to register sends a temp password to your phone by sms so have to open the sms then when returning to the running Vodafone app it starts from the beginning again which triggers a new sms so you get stuck in an infinite loop.

App keeps going to homepage whenever I switch to other apps like opening SMS to see my secuity code. How am I supposed to enter the security code when the app asks for it and send messages to me then go back to homepage and ask again?

On a par with there network coverage. Basically useless. Haha just went to rate this app and found a comment I'd left several years prior. Sadly nothing's changed both are still totally useless.

Disappointed and disappointed, the data it gets worse and worse, very bad line all the time, if I'm not stuck in the visa conditions will definitely change to optus straight away, optus is more better.

App gets into a contsant loop and has done for around 6 weeks or so. Latest update did nothing. FIX IT PLEASE VODAFONE! It is TOTALLY unusable!

This app is so bad. It takes forever to load on network or on Wi-Fi and everytime you swap between windows it has to load the whole app again. Also the system has been down for the past few weeks everytime I want to look at upgrade options. It also never let's me turn roaming off. Get it together Vodafone!
