Recommended the app to me with a 10% discount (for using the app) AFTER I purchased TID insurance directly through the website. Kinda bummed about that. EDIT: I was able to cancel my policy with a full refund, install the app and then purchase my same policy at a 10% discount rate. A bit fiddly but worth the saving. Will come back to 4/5 star the app once my refund is returned.

The very first page of tips fails to say a visa for Indonesia up to 30 days is free, and also falsely claims there is a departure tax. Now it's coming off, I don't like apps that send notifications without being asked.

Can only view one current policy. Tells me what options I've bought but not the level of cover.For that I need to carry the policy with me, so I may as well not have the app. Constantly pesters me with irrelevant overseas tips when I've taken out simple domestic cover. Since installing phone won't last a day.
