It clearly can't deal with volume. I couldn't even see what tickets were available. Kept getting kicked back to home screen

My friend is trying to give me her tickets to me because she can't attend and we can't work out how to transfer her tickets to me! Help!

It's like a guessing game as to where your tickets will be, but if you want to see what else is available, you have to start over completely.

Please improve your Apps make it more secure and easier to purchase tickets . Plus make it easier to download and print tickets off. Needs to be 4.5 stars at least 5 would be awesome but badly needs to be upgraded.

Beware. Whilst this app is showing you errors when you are trying to buy tickets and taking you back to start again it is happily taking your money and you end up buying more tickets than you want. Of course you can't contact anyone and good luck trying to get your money back.

Broken pos app. Here's a few issues, from a developer, to the developers: Dont display the ticket wallet when the user isn't authenticated, or atleast notify them if they interact with it, telling them to authenticate. Dont display activity loading indicator after the fact the page has been presented, if rest calls are still occuring, let the user know or inhibit them interacting with the app.

Keeps crashing. Haven't really tried it much, but in the couple of hours that I had it installed, it crashed 28 times and drained my battery in the process. Clearly this is a badly designed app.

Crap. Tells me every 5 mins that it has stopped and won't close. Have to force stop or restart my phone to kill the annoying messages. You should be embarrassed to have this useless app on the market. Just awful.

Good luck trying to buy any tickets with this useless app connected to insufficient servers

I haven't bought any tickets yet however it would be good if I could save or favourite events I'm interested in attending, but haven't yet purchased tickets to. Also I couldn't see anywhere to set only display events in my state.

The app worked worse than the website, redirected me for an hour, kicked me out mid-transaction, and wouldn't let me load the page (kept making me fill out a captcha, which never worked). Very poor app

Tried to get adele tickets through app. Different availability time than website. Seriously EVERY time a big event happens it goes wrong with this company

Downloaded the app to grab some tickets as soon as they were on sale, App would not let me proceed after selecting a delivery method and kept on getting errors no matter which method was selected, had to log on to a computer and ended up with seats a lot further back. Thanks for wasting my time ticketek

Now i know why i uninstalled this app the first time. It is hard to navigate, continuously come up with errors and send you back to home page. Not worth the downloading.

Put in brisbane and it still gives all events from all over australia.whats the point. Brisbane has no events anyway.... boring

Clunky and when trying to purchase then throws in captcha that u cant find and then you need to find setings and u time out. Just a disgrace to online ticketing.. Thanks for screwing me over twice now ticketek

Notified me about 7 times today that the app has stopped working. Installed and uninstalled in less than 24 hours. Couldn't even purchase tickets from the app which is one of the main purposes?

Anytime I try to book a ticket for an upcoming Adelaide United game it just says "back to home" and does nothing. Completely pointless, didn't think my hatred for Ticketek could get any worse but here we are...

Repeat notifications even when the app isn't in use. Extremely frustrating. Was forced to uninstall.

Cant access my actual account information on the app. Pointless if i have to log on through the net when i have the app...stupid

When will you get into the 21st century and have Paypal as an option? Ripping us consumers off with $5.00 surcharge for the privilege of us printing tickets off at home! Until then 1 star

I would've thought they tested this App prior to release. Not only am l prevented from placing an Order for tickets, the lines of text are overlapping, making the App illegible. Everyone makes errors but why push them into a full release for the world to use? A horrid piece of work guys, just appalling.

Continually comes up with errors and don't seem to have the same access to seat selection that you do via PC

Searched for wildcats tickets... gives an error. Half the events don't work ands redirects you back to the home page. Complete waste of time installing this app.

The app won't even let me sign in but from reading other reviews it doesn't sound like I'm missing anything!

Ticket wallet constantly crashes. Would not let me select seats for AFL match. I'll stick with the website on the computer.

Won't sign in with my password which works fine on my laptop! Makes the app totally useless to me!

The App wallet won't allow reprinting of sms tickets. Neither does your website. Your helpline says to reprint through App wallet which doesn't work . Us and many others at Dalai Lama talk were admitted into his talk at half time because we had to wait over an hour for ticketek booth to resend sms tickets. Shame on you Ticketek. Karma always gets the buggers in the end. You ruined the event for us and now the public will learn of your ways.

This organisation has deteriorated with the introduction of phone app. Very difficult to obtain tickets to AFL matches. Continually receive error message when trying to get tickets. This hasn't been the case in previous years. Fix it. Ended up going to an outlet. Shouldn't be so hard.

Ticket wallet doesn't work so it is useless as an app to keep you tickets. No way to retrieve your tickets once you have purchased them or resend an SMS with a link to the tickets.

This app is absolutely useless. I arrived at a concert and the tickets refuse to load. What is the point of online ticketing if the site can not support the demand.

App is aimed at ppl who like concerts and sport, thats it at this stage ... yet we cant view other things that ticketek sell tickets for (which is listed on the main website) - eg. ballet, theatre, etc.

Can't find anything in my area, shows all concerts at once and seems to ignore location.

Don't know why one would bother. And when it fails it does it disgracefully to the point that you have to force it to stop. Clearly expect base functionality to work before frills. Na-ah.

no more waiting in line, straight forward and easy to use..able to choose seating...see what events are coming...control in your hands..awesome

Tickets you've bogut via the website don't show up in your wallet in the app. What's the point...
