It wont turn on gps remotely. A little confused on how u will able to put in ur secret code when texting to find ur phone when its lost.

But I tried it on my bro cell it gave him back the msg that no gps available plz help thx

How come the sms message i get said it cannot find location on GPS and NET. does this mean my phone is not compatible or is there a setting that i should change? Any feedback is very much appreciated Mr. Eager.

For those who need help. If your password is "your a jerk" all you have to do is text the secret code to your number from some one elses phone and it send the location to your friends number. So dont make the code a pin number to an account.

I had a small question here. Does it sends the location co-ordinates as per GPS only. Isnt there any option that if by any chance GPS is OFF or if mobile cannot catch GPS signals than the app will reply with the Location co-ordinates with the help of Network.?? If not than i had like to suggest this to developer to add it in this beautiful app. Thank you.

Does exactly what it says except turn on the gps remotely. But still gets pretty darn close anyway. Very satisfied (also alerts friends if your phone has another sim card put in it)

Couldn't find any way to put in a secret question or alternative phone numbers so will disinstall

Only sends text to your own phone won't find your phone if you dont have or send your location to another phone

This is exactly what I was after. Simple and compact and sends you a direct link to google maps. For me it works perfect including GPS.

Love it. Did a trial from my husbands phone. Immediatly sent a text back with a gps link to google maps. The location was right on the dot.

Currently, the SMS sent is in a wrong format for non-us countries => map position not correctly displayed as lat/lot is malformed..

The apps does not transparently do its thing Yes it works, but the phone still has the sms alert ring out loud would be awesome app if things worked silently, as it is now, sure u'll find ur phone, but the bad guys will turn it off, rip out battery and be 25 miles away by the time you or police get to where they "were"

But.. what happens under 4.4 :(?..

Tried Tha App, It Doesn't Even Work Smh No Bueno !

This app is incredible, not only does it not show that your phone sent the gps location, it also runs silently. Also tested it with sending a message while it was switched off, once I turned it on, the location sent almost instantly. My phone is running 4.0.1 ICS. Highly recommended that everyone downloads this app.

Dosent work on new android ice cream sandwich

Not very accurate. Keeps giving me no less than 1000 meter accuracy. Which translates to about a quarter mile. Excellent concept though.

GPS data apparently unavailable. Net data pointed to my phone being in the middle of the North Sea.

Sent message and nothing happens. When I test, it says no gps data. And my gps IS turned on

So i decided to try the app despite the variety of bad reviews since it was free. Turns out that there is truth to both the good and bad comments. The app does work. However, you have to turn on location services first before you can even finish setting it up. It also sends the other phone a message saying no location found BEFORE it sends a second message with the location.
