The app is faulty. After taking a photo in the app, submission is not allowed as the photo is not recognised.
Ever since update has had bugs....now it crashes when I open it can you please fix the app!
When submitting a claim the screen shown is too long to click submit. Using a Samsung galaxy tab s2. Fix this please.
This new version has problems when trying to submit a claim the after adding a photo of the claim and clicking next, the long screen that follows does not ofyen allow you to scroll to bottom where the accept and submit option is. The old version was much easier and did not have issues.
The current version sux. It is not as simple as the previous version, more hoops to jump thru just to lodge a claim. When it works, it is ok - but it it is difficult to get to work.
The app has problems when one attempts to take a photos. One must take photos separately with the camera, then select it in the app. The app also crashed a number of times.
Love the convenience of this app. Easy to use.

This app works extremely well on my Samsung GALAXY S3. Certainly beats filling in the paper claim form. Thank you Teachers Health Fund.

This worked flawlessly for me. It's about 10x easier/faster than filling out a form and sending it in. Excellent job!!!
Convenient and easy
The idea is great, but 1 suggestion, would it be possible to include the ability to view claim history? More so pending claim status?
When you try to enter your membership details (number, name email) it only displays the first character and spaces or jumps for any more characters....Time to review the app for issues and release an update. (Samsung galaxy duos. Android 4.0.4)
Have just downloaded the app (on Samsung Galaxy Trend) to make a claim but every time I select the photo of the receipt the app crashes!

Can't change details in the claim submission ....previously entered details are greyed out and the only thing I am able to change is my email address. Please fix it! Very frustrating.
