Great when it actually works via my Chromecast. Won't load, stuck on the screen that says ready to cast constantly. Seems to be a known fault so why aren't you fixing it? And omg if I get the error that i can't play as I'm already playing on another device even though I am not one more time!!! ????

If I could go and watch something without the hassles I would give 5 stars. Doesn't work on my android 4 media box. Now my rooted android 6 media box it says it won't work with rooted devices for some security reason. Partner can't get it to work on a 4 year old smart Samsung tv which it was pre loaded. We ended up having to watch Wolf creek series on her phone. I couldn't get it to work on a windows 10 pc either. Netflix is a bit more compatible with different setups. I just pay and want to enjoy. Not be hassled with silly errors-issues that shouldn't be a problem in the first place. Now I'm back to only being able to watch on my android tablet and my partner is the same with her subscription. Errrrrrg.....

Keeps giving A20 error code even with downloaded movies, very bad

Content range is impressive & growing; however, everytime I bring my Mibox out of standby for use, this app randomly starts up and promptly crashes, while claiming to be offline. I always exit the app before putting the device into standby, making this issue rather strange. As other user's have said, it also shouldn't require log in details every time it's loaded either; the Netflix style is much more user friendly in this respect. If these issues are remedied, alongside content content continuing to improve, it's 5 stars. Also very happy with Penny Dreadful finally arriving in full, as this is the only digital means to view it in Aus, legally. *Looking at you, Play Store* Cheers.

Will not play for android TV model x96. Problem says I need to update Stan but no updates are available

Great app just need to add a whos watching when you open the app like netflix. Other people in my family dont use this app because they are so inept on how to change profiles lol. Plz add this to all devices and itll be perfect Also a show suggestion: its always sunny in philadelphia

Just installed Stan on my Lenovo Yoga tablet , signed in and everything works 100% so I'm happy!

Can't mirror the app to my LG Smart TV which is annoying but the app itself is fine.

I wish it had portrait mode for tablets. I hate having to use my device in landscape, especially when I am always Chromecasting and my tablet is just a controller.

No movies would load when I click on them. It was telling me that I had retry but it didn't work

Ok been using Stan for maybe a couple of years or so I had no problem watching it on my phone but now when I try and watch it on my phone there is just a black screen with sound please fix my phone is a Nokia 6

Enjoy the range of content. Please include menu settings on "continue watching" to allow to select from episodes, essentially providing the same functionality as the Netflix app. The app process also needs to be ended and restarted for the video to play when reopening. Also improve the menu aspect ratio (menus aren't completely shown and text isn't centred) on OnePlus 5 and we're sweet.

After a pause there is no sound. Needs to be fixed. Thanks for the reply, Have lodged an official error. Watching on tablet, when video is paused and resumed sound is muted. Needs volume manually turned back up which means you miss several seconds of volume.

it blocks me from mirroring phone screen to tv so I can only watch stan shows on my phone or tablet. error a20 & they haven't developed an app for all android TV's just Sony & LG . so I have to use hdmi cable connected to my phone, in order to watch shows on a decent sized screeen.

Continue getting an A20 error. Need to clear cache or memory all the time. No other app such as Fox or netflix cause this problem. Otherwise good app

This has to be the worst setup ever it never works now before you say it's my phone i use it on my tablet and my Samsung 4k new tv and its allways says .JUST A MOMENT WE'RE FETCHING YOUR STREAM. now your may think slow internet nope I have NBN fastest you can buy plus my Netflix works just fine as well as everything else on the Internet that is downloading. Don't wast your money.

Absolute rubbish! Everything I try to watch casting to Chromecast has a huge crackling sound. Unsubscribed as quickly as I signed up.

Registered and can't log in. Tried resetting password three times and no emails. Will cancelled and in subscribe. WASTE OF TIME.

Seriously considering canceling!!! Not compatible with chromecast and over the constant error messages such as- 'internet not connected' and the constant pausing to buffer is extremely irritating. Generally just give up on watching even if its 3rd way through... never have any issues like this with Netflix.

Ok app, but please allow option to zoom to fit screen. Watching a wide-screen movie on a Samsung S8+ has black bars on the top AND the side. The user interface reaches the full screen, but the video content does seem boxed in and not utilising the rest of the screen. Please allow zoom fit to screen function to utilise the full screen space. Also, please allow option to rate or thumbs up/down shows/movies to better understand what other shows/movies may or may not be suggested.

I install but not given a chance to sign up. It just tells me to login. If I am trying to be a new user, how on earth would I have an existing login? I am hoping STAN admin can sort this situation and reply. If they can't, my 1 star remains for sheer stupidity.

Would have enjoyed many hours on this app but it will not load a single episode. We are constantly receiving the A20 error and by the looks of it your 1 star reviews have just overtaken your 5 star reviews. A quick fix would be smart before you loose your entire customer base!

Download to device is Garbage. Been trying for 3 hours to download to my device so I can watch whilst on a flight tomorrow, the one episode that downloaded, got deleted for no reason. If it wasn't for my sons paw patrol obsession I would cancel my subscription.

Just purchased a MXQ pro 4k Tv box it has Netflix pre installed on it lets me download the Stan app from Goggle Play but the Stan app doesn't work because of security reasons something about an un rooted version. May as well cancel my subscription with Stan and move to Netflix seems like thier app is more supported.

If I press play before it says "ready to cast" the app has caniptions and I have to stop casting, re cast, then wait for the app to have a shower, do it's hair and make up and run a few laps of the block before I can hit play.. other than that is pretty good.. don't find these problems on Netflix now do we..

(Update) movie/tv categories aren't shown in full. Only shows on half screen when scrolling. On the upside, streams as it should now. HD is HD 4k is 4K (needs more content though). I watch on the Stan LG app and it's at Netflix level. Glad I gave it another chance.

Would give it five stars if it would work on my phone. Always tells me that it has taken to long to load the video and refuses to play anything. Now I'm back to only being able to watch it on my andriod tablet which is just ridiculous and an absolute joke.

Stan itself is great but this app is very buggy. I am using it on a Google pixel and the amount of time it takes me to connect to my Chromecast and play something is horrible. It constantly crashes so I end up using Netflix instead.

UI stinks. Using latest version on my Note 8 and some categories don't load up correctly whilst browsing the home screen. It's like they're in horizontal orientation whilst my phone is on portrait mode and as such they either don't fit the screen or are very congested in one tile area.

Terrible app. Signed up so I could download shows to watch offline. Downloads just get stuck and don't complete. App doesn't even load up on my Android tablet, the blue Stan screen is all I see before I have to force close the app. Waste of money, no point being signed up. Netflix app is way better.

Tragically bad at streaming via Chromecast. Still buffers at 100Mbs connection. Regularly non-responsive; we're yet to watch a movie without having to restart. Netflix does NOT have this problem!
