I live in a major street in a famous suburb. This app can't find me despite every other mapping software showing me in living colour. I often go to the biggest airport in Australia and this stupid app keeps hounding me for a street number. How the hell does anyone know what the street name and number is for Sydney airport? The app often crashes. You can't contact a driver. You can't rate your ride. Amateurish and dysfunctional, much like the taxi Industry

I pre-booked a taxi for getting to the airport this morning. Nobody showed up. When I clicked the map it showed my taxi traveling in the opposite direction away from me before crashing each time. When I used the "call driver" feature it just rang out.. zero response. Fortunately I live in a suburb where many taxis go through so I was able to use Go Catch to book another taxi that came within 2 minutes. I thought I'd give this a go, but alas, I will be returning to Uber and Go Catch which at least have a ratings based system for driver & passenger to avoid these kind of no shows. Also, the technology works on those apps.

This app is going backwards. When you book a taxi, it won't let you exit, it gives you the option to create a reminder or cancel the booking and that's all. There is no BACK button, very Apple like which is not what I want. The only option is to hit the Android home button. Which is useless if I want to do more functions within the app. Likewise if after killing the app a go back in to see my booking, once it starts tracking my driver, again you can't get out of the screen without hitting the home button.

Unreliable app ..... tracking does not show where the cab actually is, payment through the app does not work, bookings do not always show in track booking. Thankfully the taxi arrives nearly always early even if you cannot see if an advance booking has been accepted. Suggest Silver Service should look at Comfort Delgro booking app from Singapore as it actually works

Taxi Drivers are legislated from the NSW State transport, Typically if I was to get into a cab at a rank they are not allowed to refuse my fair unless I'm indecent, This app however allows a taxi driver to choose their fair... Western Subs to Airport I got a response in less than 5 seconds for a fair... A $20 Morning Short Fair.. it took 45mins for a Cab to be assigned.. at a time where I could see 12 Cabs on standby in my area It's not the App that's bad it's the service it's withholding.

Have been using for while now and all is good here. A little confused here with other users experiences.

Booked Silver Sercice cab day prior. App advised 15 mins late. Asked to book any type of their cabs that was closer. Told I had to cancel 1st booking. Said I'll wait then & may have said "that's ridiculous" Went back to check status on app and the booking was cancelled. Spiteful? My last booking with you.

Absolutely shocking! Booked a day i advanced- no one showed up and i waited for more than half an hour. I was very late to my meeting. If you are going to accept bookings then be reliable! Definitely not booking a taxi from here again

2 times in one night I booked taxis which didn't pick me up. If I give you my details including my exact address, how are your drivers picking up someone else?

Another taxi service that keeps you waiting then doesn't show up...twice in one day. Then received a $1 Cabcharge charge for the booking even though you couldn't make it. How dare you? Move along..nothing to see here.

Compared to Uber 25% of Silver taxis don't turn up . I receive text message saying driver can't find me even though I'm out the front of house. I then find the driver cancelled the job and picked a job off the street. I should be able to click on cancelled job and report the driver to Silver Service. Sep 2016 app now books two taxis and App Pay driver no longer works. Reported by app feedback and called but no one responded. Silver service management doesn't care if they lose business??

Good app. Great experience. Quick booking and fast arrival of the taxi. Driver and car were clean and presentable.

Crashing at the start. No mater if over wifi or 4G. Makes you wonder if taxi service works the same way...

Used to work really well. Now every time I try and use it, it gives me an error 2003 and crashes out.

This app has gotten so much worse with recent updates. Used to use it for 5+ trips per week. Now I hardly ever do. Live tracking doesn't work, pick up/destination searching doesn't work.

Tried to book a cab for tomorrow and kept defaulting to asap. A bit useless. Used the website instead.

Couldn't register or reset account. Asked for valid mobile number after telling me my number was already in use. Another vote for uber...

Previous versions worked fine but now I can't sign in or reset my password or get any response from the developer. You should remove this useless crap from the store and fix it.

Crashes all the time. When you try to book, crashes. When you try to check a booking, crashes. Sometimes you can't even open the App cause it crashes. Makes the simple act of booking a taxi consistently more difficult that it should be.

DO NOT USE if you actually want a cab..... Booked an early morning cab for the airport a day in advance - said 'awaiting dispatch' right up until the cab was due at my house, then switched to 'waiting for driver to accept'. Called them and they had no record of a booking - this is 10 minutes after the cab was supposed to have arrived. Never using silver service again.

Entering a time for booking deletes the pickup address. Re-enter the address and agree. Summary shows the date has been deleting and pickup is asap. Basically doesn't work. Removed.

Newly installed on a new phone, no way of "logging in" to a current profile. Only can create a new one, but tells me my phone number is already linked to an account.... How on earth do I unlink from the old phone??? Redundant app... Pointless...

Had a driver show up at 1am while attempting to use app to book cab at 7am because the time is overwritten when street entered (even though I managed to cancel booking when I saw the mistake the app made, a cab still came out). Now thought I would give it another shot a few months later and it says my phone number is already in system, can't login, no way of resetting password, just useless in every way. Wouldn't be surprised if it was sending the password in clear text it is that useless.

As per other comments. Can only book asap, making it pretty much useless. At least the phone operators are great...

I regularly use this app to book early morning trips to the airport. Have had a taxi turn up each time, so no issues. Lots of room to improve, would be good to get some type of confirmation email/SMS on booking and would also be good to be able to write own note to the driver.

App Doesn't work anymore. Used to be easy but cant get into App as it says error. Shame as it was easy before
