With the Shannons app, you can lodge your motor claim, view past and present Shannons auctions and also connect with Shannons Club all from your phone.
The easy claim lodgement process allows you to collect the relevant claim info at the scene of an accident and send it on to Shannons right away. You will be given a claim number and then our claims team will be in touch to finalise your claim.
To get started, simply download the app and set up your profile – this will save time and stress later on.

I think it should allow to review your policy and make changes and make payments and see when your insurance is due because who wants to waste time on the phone wen a app can do it all for you

Having entered all required info, can't submit. Gets to 14% then, error, check info or network connection. Both of which have been checked and rechecked. Guess I'll be making a call on Monday

I have a Samsung S6. The app doesnt open. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, still wont work. My phone software is up-to-date

This did work when I first installed it over a year ago. Now it doesn't work at all. Just throws me out of app when I press an option within the app.

On Samsung S5. It worked, sort of. In terms of making a claim, The date you could change, but if you tried to change the location, it sent you back to your previous screen, saving the attempt as a draft. And you cannot use it without a policy number, so you may as well call them anyway: because you can make a phone claim without a policy number.

Needs a serious overhaul. I should be able to view all my policy documents and details, add vehicle modifications, make claims, and submit revised policy detail adjustments to my policy all on the app. But i cant do any. As it is i dont even have a copy of my policy documents. So this definitely needs fixing.
