The information provided for each lead is way too little. You ought to have more mandatory fields for enquirers to fill in. It makes it hard to quote BEFORE you have information AND not get contact details toll AFTER you submit a quote.

The information provided by customers isn't always enough. Maybe mandatory fields specific to each trade would help with accurate quoting.

Has a few glitches but is functional.

Good app. Chat functions work very well. There is too much completion so sometimes you can't make much money.

U should give us the phone number of the client more often all people don't like using the chat.

Bug fixes are good and continual updates are making it a really good platform to run my business through.

app is very good very little jobs come through for the money you pay hi pages is heaps better

I'm a bricklayer and find it's a really good way to source work. Great service and fees.

I have been told couple of time to service seeking to stop providing 12 qoute to Customers. 3 or 4 qoute would be fine and remove Email Only function from the website. So we can talk to real customer rather than provide them Hundred's of qoute.

I have never had issues with service seeki g, they offer a good service and extra opportunity of getting jobs in different cities. Being in Sydney i receive leeds every day, whereas when i was in Perth not so much so it really depends where you are and how high the demand for photography is there. Ive been a member for over 2 yewrs, i pay a decent fee every month conpared to other website where i paid a huge yearly fee and got ZERO REQUEST N THAT YEAR AND NO REFUND. SO THANKS SERVICE SEEKING FOR SOING A GOOD JOB.

They charging me for painting job and but I haven't received any painting after one and half month and they didn't consider that yet.

It's gd some times but glitches a fair bit on quotes slot

Jobs that come through are mostly tyre kickers and people wanting to bargain down the price.

They accept payment from customers but never transfer to you. There ai. Is to give you leads initially and to sell there membership. Once you are member than they stop sending leads even. Worst they collect payment from customers but never transfer to you.

Paid $1300 annual....many quotes and not one reply. What a waste of money!!! Now thinking it may be a scam!!!

Now is tax season. I don't receive any leads.. one day only receive one lead! Compare to One Flare, they have a lot of leads received in a day....I am wondering what happens to Service Seeking?

Quote function (which is main function of the app) doesn't work as expected. Reported multiple times to ServiceSeeking teams, they aren't bothered.

I use this as a Tradie for a while now and ServiceSeeking's come a long way. It's now a really smooth and handy way to get work.

This app does not do what it is designed for. I pay money for the leads and expect things to work. No I should not have to uninstall and reinstall. How about you update the app to work efficiently.
