Scoopon Deals

Found a bug. Can store Amex as preferred payment, however when I select a deal and checkout, app recognises card as MasterCard and as such cannot enter 4-digit security pin. Basically have to reenter card details for every single payment. Should also have photo scan for saving new cards. App would receive higher rating should these be rectified.

Crappy app that crashes when busy , bad deals and ads for deals that never actually get published, waste of time.

Use to love this app but now i cant click into anything tho buy the deals please fix the issue

It was awesome and then I have not been able to sign in to purchase deals since the latest update. Please fix this, I love shopping with the Scoopon app and this is super inconvenient.

Every time I press the login button the app stopped. Not letting me login to my account at all. Useless app...

Fit the purpose, but crashes a lot of times.

- Please let me be able to copy some certain info (i.e. the address)... - Also hope to have something like save deal or a wish-list

New layout for shopping is horrible. Change it back

I love scoupons but I have updated the app today and when U check the menu click on personal detail the terms and conditions pops up click on my address book FAQs pops up. Click to look at recent purchases I end up with Scoupons contact details. It really needs to be sorted out properly. I have Galaxy S5

The app was fine until the most recent update. Now I can't access my purchased scoopons or account details etc.

Recently purchased accommodation deal for Koh Samui, I must say it did not disappoint us at all. The hotel met our expectations as far as location, quality and service. Scoopon is one of my favourite site for best deals. Recommend to anyone who is starting out online deals.

Just updated and looks like there's a bug...unable to enter my logon credentials or view my order details.. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a few times and no luck..

Just updated the app n it has terrible bug on the sidebar menu. I can't even access my scoopon menu

Forced me to update the app and the new version is totally broken and can't be used. Unacceptable

Well I was loving this app but today I got message about updating it. I have. And since I've gone around and around in circles woth the same message popping up. I've restarted my phone multiple times. I cant open it at all. I'm really not happy.

Please fix bug. Whenever you look under scoopon shopping and you click into one of the offers the following error appears 'Sorry we are unable to authenticate your account at this time'. Then it boots you back to the top of scoopon shopping. Second time you press into it, it will work. But if you press back and enter into a new offer, it does the same thing and because it takes you back to the top, it's a deterrent to keep shopping/looking.

Scoopon itself is great but theapp is not so good. I personally think it needs a favorite button so you can get back to the item your interested in. When in the shopping section it takes forever to load and sometimes takes you back to the start saying your boy logged in. Its a bit annoying.

I generally love this app....but one area it won't work for me is in the shopping tab. It keeps booting me out which really deters me from shopping. It keeps telling me that it cannot authenticate my account even though I'm logged in. Please fix!

Everytime I open scoopon it takes more than 10 minutes to authenticate them tells me my details are not correct! Yet when I log on from my pc it's fine! Fix please! Can't buy anything

App keeps kicking me out as it can't authenticate my account. Got too annoying so uninstalled it.

App says I'm not logged in, despite the fact that I'm currently showing as logged in and I can see my previously purchased Scoopons. It will often kick me out of the area I'm browsing through which makes this a really annoying app to use

Please give us a reason

Doesn't hold a candle to Groupon or even its sister site CatchOfTheDay for functionality and deals. Needs landscape mode and ability to limit the emails and notifications. Authentication error occur 80-90% of the time whenever you press back or try to view a sale category, taking you back to home page. Makes for a very frustrating experience.

Issues: 1) keep me asking for logging but I'm already logged. 2) sometimes kick you off from some categories and send you back to main site . 3) loading time wait to long considering the speed of my connection don't have same the delays . 4) not landscape mode !!!! Since most of the devices today have big screen no landscape is ridiculous.

Won't log me in (but will still let me view my purchased Scoopons) and will kick me out for it

Took my money did not contact me back until. My voucher had expired. Then they couldn't do anything do not trust them with your money.

I try to browse a sale and cant as it says it's unable to authenticate my account. It makes it really difficult to use the app.. Changed from 2 stars to 1 star because an item I purchased was not what it claimed and then they tried to Jack the price up.. Theres no feedback or complaint option for any issues..

I rated scoopon just 1 star. As of its poor service and customercare service. This application may be great if scoopon introduce new customer representative.

I love the deals on Scoopon and the shopping. Absolutely hate the application! Nothing works. Always crashing, can never authenticate account, can't go back without having to go ALL THE WAY BACK, have to click on a shopping deal twice for it to work. Just horrible! It's been like this for a year. I've been waiting for an update and still nothing. Groupon has a much better app, you should learn from them.

Keeps saying cannot authenticate login. Load time is far too long. This app needs a lot of work.

Since last update tells me I'm not signed in and won't let me browse - now unusable. Can't shop if I can't even see the products.

Always says logging in when i already am. Shuts down unexpectedly. Loads then takes you back to reload cause there is a sign in issue.
