Showing Error message when I try to open it and keeps asking me to close and reopen. Same error message.
Constantly crashes and shows errors. Won't accept my pin and locks me out.
Does it work for NZ based customers?? Haven't been able to log in.
Can navigate with easy around each account. Good Account overview. Easy to log & balance peek options.
Good app, but it needs notifications for transfers, and if the balance exceeds or falls below a user set amount.
Can't login, doesn't recognise any touch input, update fail lol. For the millionth time on google store I'm asking why try and fix something that ain't broken..
Much better now that the historical view feature is working.

Waited awhile for this update. So glad it's finally user friendly. Surely it shouldn't have taken this long!

Cannot register more than one account on one device so, for me, app is half useless

It's been months and no update for the error yet. I won't be using my account until the phone ap is fixed.
They're aware of the issue and yet no attempts to fix. Just go online they say. Just FIX the issue I say. Its been months. It was working once how hard could it possibly be to fix.
Can't view history or pending as it keeps showing an error message instead. Taking too long to fix this.
For the last few days when i log into the app and press the history tab I get "an error has occurred try again later ". I am running android 5 0.1 on a samsung galaxy note 4. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to no avail.
Two months later and still no update to the "An error has occurred, try again later"? Continually shows "An error has occurred, try again later". How much later, it's already been over a month?
Been months, seriously. Why are we still getting the same error message.
App doesn't load pages properly. Left feedback back in June only to receive a comment a couple of weeks later that it was being worked on and would be notified of an update. It has been 4 mths now and app still doesn't load properly and no updates on how the update is going
It's now been over 3 months since the app stopped showing transactions and pending transfers. Please fix it soon.
This is not acceptable for a major bank. Months waiting for an app update just shows the lack of priority given to customer service.
When will this history issue be fixed? It's getting ridiculous, the app is useless if I can't see what's coming in and out of my account. Please fix asap

For about a month now, I haven't been able to check my history. They're aware of the issue and I am still waiting for the update. It's very inconvenient having to log onto the PC. Downloading the app was meant to make it easier.
Error every time I select history. Planning on moving to ubank. This app is an embarrassment.

Hi, this error happens quite frequently, causing the app to freeze, and I'm just viewing the details of the account. Please fix it, as it is frustrating to use this app.
