The last couple of days no images apperas and looks like the history dissapear. Also when you can see the images it is too slow. Hope we can recover the photos :(

It was great but in the last week has crashed and wont let.me access the account anymore. I now cant make bookings for my daugher. I emailed the address you suggest in other posts

Can't see anything for my children. Even the history has gone. No images at all. Very disappointing, as a working mum this is the only way to see how my kids day is going, and now I have no idea.

Unable to access any information or make a booking for my child's before and after school are service, and no information in the app on who to contact for technical help

No daily journals, observations and pics are showing up. Tried uninstalling and re installing but still nothing.

App freezes 9 out of 10 times.

Fantastic and amazing app and center am so happy to enroll my son in this center they all staff are friendly and nice. It's the only center that has app to help the parents to see what's there kid's daily routine. Thank you so much I appreciate your hard working with our kids. God bless you all. Rana

The app is ok but doesnt load the images. Went to login in to the web site on my laptop and it comes up with a web error. I would really like to see the images that the daycare keep sending me.

The app works well and i like the alerts. Was having some trouble with the app but have reinstalled and that seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for the follow up Sean.

Frustrated. I can't do anything. Error messages appear that my service needs to enable enrolment management or some other thing before I can use service - Help!

The app is not very good. I've been trying to view the images and they keep loading for hours.. tried to reinstall and the problem remains..very unhappy because it was my kids birthday and I can't see how he spent the day at childcare..

The application is very slow, crashes all the time, no option for recurring booking or it don't work. Waste of time.

I want to tear my hair out every time i have to THINK about using the app or the desktop versions. Cannot easily add a child with ALL THE SAME INFO AS A CURRENTLY ENROLLED SIBLING! All forms manually filled in and handed to our center and still cannot use your program.

Slow

This was a quick way of making and modifying bookings. Now it is the most frustrating app to use. I have cancelled bookings only to go back in and find that they are back in again. I will go back to emailing or phoning the centre until this is fixed. Worked fine until it was updated. Now it is totally useless.

The concept is great but the execution is terrible. 80% of the time when I try to view the images it tells me there are 0 photos there. I literally have to close and open the app like 12 times before it tells me there are images. The second issue is that the images are all chucked into one folder instead of grouping them by days or weeks, so finding a photo from a specific time in the past is impossible. I still use this app daily to see my daughter's photos but really wishes there was an alternative

Great idea and provides ease of use but so rarely works.. I find the weekends or public holidays the worse. Regularly getting errors

The app is a shell of features with no info or functionality. Particularly odd when the website log-in is fine.

Does not work properly. I can log in and see my childs name, but can't click on it, as error message keeps popping up.

Everytime I select my daughters name it says it's unavailable and no services found.

Childs name appears then an error message.

When i log in i can see my child's name but when i click on it is say "no services registered". Childcare center says i should be able to see the center's schedule for the day and photos of my child doing activites.

Dont know why but it keeps crashing......but otherwise it would be a great app

Does not work properly. I can log in and see my child's name but when I try to enter the profile I get an error message every time.

So easy to use and very convenient. Would be great to know when I'm booking how many availabilities there are as I always book more than one child.

Makes life a breeze especially if your schedule changes a lot. Easy to use, good interface...no fuss! Highly recommend

Cant see anything just child's name wont let me past that

Makes booking and unbooking so simple. Thanks School plus for putting us parents on to this. Simple to use with a click of a button.

I can't even log on it comes up bad email/ password combination no matter what email or password I use
