A ready-to-crash disaster. I can see my points and status, and I can see the flights I want to book. But the app crashes every time I try to book those flights. You would think an aviation company would know something about technology -- fake news!

I cannot see all my hotel bookings. Causes so much issue for me. Trying to be loyal to Qantas but no one helps with this enquiry

It's been a great app until recently, when I go to change seats etc now has SSL error code. Updated twice now and still having issues. Can't change seats !!

Keeps saying I have no internet connection even though I do. Pretty rubbish app.

This app is nolonger letting me log in to see my flights. It shuts down instantly when you login. WHY??

I don't care about pics of places or booking trips if when I try and check in on the way to the airport and the app tells me to come back later and I therefore miss my flight all the other stuff on the app is useless to me

Boarding pass disappears if the flight is delayed, really bad usability and oversight!

Force closes when scrolling to end of flight list or when pressing search option.

I find this app functional, easy to use and informative

Works for me. Clean design and layout.

Good to see that the app finally shows a breakdown of where the points are coming from, etc. This has been missing for some time so I'm still giving you one less star because it took so many years to make this happen! Nonetheless, good stuff, everyone. Now I'm happy.

The older version was crap but at least it let you book a flight. This new version had everything there to book a flight but you can't change the dates. Come on Qantas, this is embarrassing! Please do some simple testing before releasing.

App occasionally decides that your PIN is wrong when you want to book a flight. To check that I wasn't making a mistake I logged out entirely, then entered all my details and PIN, it logged in no issue. Now when I try to book a flight, the security check is rejecting the very same PIN every time.

Not sure what has happened but its almost impossible to book flights; page doesn't load or doesn't allow you to proceed with flight selection. Painful really and extremely inconvenient.

This was literally the worst airline app I have ever used. Nothing worked. Can't check in on this app, and by selecting "seat preference" caused me somehow to check-in with a seat in the middle! Wtf!!! Just crap to the extreme. Feels like a bunch of hs students made this. Well done, A+ for effort.

Coded by a 12 year old possibly? Constant SSL errors and very little functionality. Embarrassing for a flag carrier. Uninstalled within minutes.

I keep forgetting why I invariably uninstall this app minutes after opening it, but having recently done so I can confirm it's because your can't check in via the app. Which is the most important thing. Obviously.

All good except it is impossible to select a date to book a flight. Been like this since I've had the app. Very unsatisfactory.

Pathetic effort, Joyce must have got a big kick back from some Lads from Ireland to sign off on this POS.....

Takes ages to show flight details or refuses to. Does anyone test these upgrades?

Better off using your web browser to do anything because the app just doesn't load most of the time.

I am unable to add a flight using my last name and booking reference. I am unable to sign up for flight status notification via sms. Please improve this app.

New app is rubbish. Can't book, cant manage, SSL problem...can see boarding pass....have told numerous staff..but no fix...so much for platinium status....?

Useless. Refused to recognise my booking reference when I tried to check in online.

Just use the mobile site. The app is riddled with so many problems it's impossible to list them all.

have had more trouble with this app than all my others put together. no one ever wants to find out why.why rate it if you don't follow up on it.

App very really works, cant even see my bording pass also when i pick my seat i dont even get it and get put at tge other end of the plane. FIX YOUR APP PLEASE...

I cant select dates to book flights.. it use to work now this app is useless..

The app wont allow you to Pay when you check out so you cant book flights.

This app can only show you your points. Anything else brings up SSL error. Due for an update to fix this issue

Technical difficulties are common and very frustrating when trying to check into flights early to avoid having to go to counter or use terminals

Can't even get the app to open so it's pretty pointless! Flying qantas internationally in a couple weeks and would like to have an app that worked!

Everything is all good except i cant select/change a seat anymore..i work fifo and i needed a seat that im comfortable for the whole flight but cant do that anymore it just puts me to a seat of preference that i choose and not be able to change my seat

The latest update is extremely slow and frustrating to use.

Do you even bench test your app? Ssl cert errors constantly. Shame
