Not downloading app says pending

Crashes repeatedly.

Had a couple of issues initially. After contacting the MM team, it is functioning well.

better instruction like you must contact the real estate so they can set it up before you sign in. there is no delete when you made a mistake and pest the real estate million of time with a job that has been done but it keep shown up as a active job.

Only using it because I am forced to by a lazy property manager.

This "app" is just a front end for the mobile website. Pages dont fit or display correctly on the screen Atleast it appears to work.

useless tells me its installed but it isn't wont let me register not worth the effort

Can't even log in at all keeps saying I'm not registered but checked with real estate and everything is fine on there end. Why can't I log in????

Its sh it all my email address are real but sh it by this code sender.

Very easy to use, great way to report maintenance. Simple and effective!

Email sign in is strangely case sensitive even though email addresses aren't, so doesn't find user unless all in lower case. After figuring that out still couldn't register to sign in, just kept coming up with an error that it couldn't contact the server. Running on lollipop 5.1

Put my email address in to create an account,it says that it'll send a code or whatever yet nothing arrives. Now i understand why it was rated so low.

Love the idea of the app (yet to use it, as our real estate agent just started utilising it), but disappointed to see that the app developer can't use apostrophes correctly. This to me is rather unprofessional. (The word "tenants" doesn't need an apostrophe when it is plural!)

Won't let me log in. I follow the prompt, put in my email and it doesn't let me sign up. Need to get this sorted.

My wife and I used it and we took photos of the problem and gave the info and we had our real estate calling us not long later :-) so it worked for us, don't know why other ppl r having so much trouble with the app?? Anyway its a great idea and I hope it continues and I hope whatever problems ppl have with it will b fixed... thats if there is anything wrong with this app? Or is it the ppls phones or tabs or ipads??

Cannot log in. The new account system does not work.

Really bad app that cannot create a new account! Keep saying cannot find existing account name! I need a new account for sure cannot find it! Stupid app

Gives error message "cannot find an existing user using email :" when attempting to signup...

Put my email address in to get a email verification and tells me there is not account with that email....I'm trying to make an account....

Not very helpful app do not waste your download. Cant create new account this app is flawed.

Its nice to see company moving to digital processes, but overall quality is low. But overall its better then having a paper system like most realestates

Says 'Mildrew' instead of mildew.

I'm a new user, so when the application is verifying my identity against current users it's never going to work...

It wont let me register, I have received a letter from my real estate but it said that it can not find my email adress as an existing user... even tho im trying to register..?

I have recently started renting and went to download this app. Unfortunately I can not make it past the 'installing app' part. It is continually just loading but can is still not available for me to use.

Try to sign in....doesnt recognise user. Try to create account??? Doesn't recogise user. Can't sign in fullstop!
