App doesn't work. Mailing list unsubscribe link doesn't work, and inbox spam starts increasing.

Loved using it great idea pointpal!

Tried on iPhone works well. On my galaxy note.. Totally cldnt detect the code.

No good at all! It's slow and troublesome and difficult to use! :(

Qr code scanner not compatible with the camera on the note. Rainbow virus like image comes up when attempting to scan

UI is medieval, this is already 2012 for goodness sake

Manager at subway said they received a memo informing them that this app doesn't work with the Note's camera.

Nothing good coming from this app, except subway. Poor UI, multiple bugs and cannot scan on several android models. No kidding.

Was happy with the app until the recent update. That deleted all my cards and points! Deleting the app.

E App crash when attempt to get vendor stamp approval (subway)...

The app requires me to turn on GPS.. Battery draining! Hope that next update can solve this problem

Does not scan code in Galaxy note at all. Camera seems to work, but cannot detect code. Pls fix.

The pointpal app cannot scan the code. However other qr code scanner can scan.

Not able to scan, waste of time

Barcode scanner on Galaxy Note is not properly addressed, hence not able to scan any codes. You will have to check the driver/interface used.

Finally! Can't wait to use Pointpal on my S2. Love the app. Looks good!

Can't work on galaxy note

Can't detect code.. Pls fix!

Much fiddlier and more unreliable than perx. Shops in SG seem unable to understand concept or get it to work (failed in three different subway restaurants) and interface is clunky and lacks aesthetics. Very disappointed, needs a lot of work.

This is a very average port from iOS. Using an ancient android base too with what appears to be 2.x framework. Issues with button sizes and the theme is ugly. Scrolling is far from smooth. Overall, not worth using for the painful experience, I probably won't bother (didn't actually know it was even installed anyway)

Had some issues while re-installing the app on my new samsung galaxy s4 from the previous s2. Emailed to the feedback dept and got a prompt and excellent service frm them! Very satisfied with the team! Will continie using the app! :)

Changed my phone and lost all points from my account. Up on sending the information to technical support, all points were reinstated within couple hours. .great service. .

Disappointed. Keep having crash error after restart phone causing phone to freeze for a few minutes. Galaxy note.

Point pal is great!! Best part of it I experienced is its effective and friendly customer service staff. Especially this staff member known as Kerryn Chan. Recommended for use esp in Singapore where shops are everywhere

Never worked once. Consistently crashes like fine Swiss watch. Absolute garbage.
