Picture Postie Photo Printing

Great idea and had this reccomend by a friend, but encountered an error at upload, order not processed, but money taken out. The very next day the exact thing i ordered was 30% cheaper in a sale. Not too happy. Currently dealing with customer service.

Encoutering the same issues as last time i used it. Taken my money but order wont process. Have been waiting nearly 12 hours for customer support. Shame on me for trying to use picture postie again.

It says the upload failed when I already paid for my order. Not sure what to do from here.

Money went through but the app crashed when it was uploading!!! There is no way to contact you guys about this either! Really annoyed as i needed the pics done!

It keeps stopping and shutting it down. It doesdt need treating so I don't know Waat it's problem is!!

Highly recommend it. Saves so much time and fuss.

Click the photo, pick how many, pay for it and it gets delivered! So easy!

I am ready to pay with paypal but everytime i click pay with paypal it keeps saying preparing/processing your order but it doesn't let me go through my paypal account. If the app will let me progress to my payment then i will give you more star

Once my order was placed I couldn't see which photos I had selected anymore, which was a shame because I was looking at placing a second order. It would have been good to be able to see which photos I had missed with the first order.

The review order page kept adding multiple prints I hadn't selected & it would be good to see on the final order/review page exactly what prints are selected with the exact amount ordered

Shocking glitchy app that doesnt let me past the pictures section

This app would be awesome if it would let me create my account!! When I first opened the app I happily selected 150 or so photos, chose my products and then when prompted to sign-up, after entering in my details a 'Cannot Validate Data' error appears and I can't proceed.

Picture postie is brilliant and saved my life. Haven't found a better app or one that I am more in love with and I recommend it to absolutely everyone. I wish that you could do calenders on android not just iPad and iPhone though that's not a big deal. The delivery is so so so quick literally 48hrs and I have my photos most times.

After 3 days of trying to upload my order it kept being deleted and resent wasting loads of my data allowance and still didn't go through. Very frustrating asking for a refund!

Have tried numerous times to finalise an order to have it say paypal is unavailable when using PayPal function. Disappointed would rate this app if I could make an order

Whilst i haven't used the app yet as i bought gift vouchers, however i was having trouble registering on both my samsung products. I sent an email and within 30 mins had a response, which i wasn't expecting. Emma was ever so helpful and did my registration for me! So 5 stars for customer service!! I was recommended to use this site by a friend and she has the decals that look awesome!

This is such a time efficient & affordable service that I have been using ever since I discovered. Great ideas for presents for my family at Christmas. Love Love Love it.
