I would honestly give 5 stars if items saved in the cart. By the time i finish looking through the sales my cart is empty. I fill my cart and leave it for 5 minutes and when i get back it is empty. Lost lots of sales off me because of this. Can you please make it so things don't delete from the cart!! This is so damn frustrating

Ive used ozsale for a while now and bought quite a few things but the last two items i have been waiting over a month just for it to be dispatched. Will be deleting and finding another online store once i get my item.

Wish it saved my cart as when i come back to it its empty and i cant find the products again

Mixed quality even on high profile brands. Very hit and miss. Not for me.

The app itself is fine. There are some genuine sales here, but some other stuff that I feel OzSale hsve picked up from Aliexpress and are selling to you for 3 x cost. Oh...be prepared to WAIT for item...other shopping apps have my deliver within a week, but because OzSale are sourcing some items directly from overseas (their statement) and they're not housed at an Aussie warehouse, items can take over a month to receive, so no last minute gift ideas.

A long time customer, I love the bargains but find customer service very poor and estimated delivery dates don't seem to mean much anymore. Enquiries are replied to with standard form letter that usually mean nothing.

⚠⚠⚠⚠I have noticed a little scum technique OzSale uses to make you think you are actually buying a bargain!!! ⤴ RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE IS BEEN INCREASED in MOST items. So before you decide to buy a designer item of any kind....go and google the actual retail price of that item and compare! I bought a pair of sunnies...RRP on Ozsale shown as $380 where in fact were only $250 . I bought them for $200 + postage. SO really i saved $40 instead of $170. WELL PLAYED OZSALE. lol

Some great buys, would be good if you could delete items off your orders once you receive them. I like that you can now shop at various sales and pay only one shipping fee. Much fun

Items don't stay in cart long enough, good products but dispatch and postage seriously slow.. allow a month to get your order

Ozsale at my finger tips, can never get a good discount coupon online though.

Easy shopping and Oz have everthing with fair and simple return policy.

I don't like the app its better on the desktop. Improve the app experience

Items coming from USA are not original. I bought braclet and in description they say comes with warranty card. But i received fake item with no warranty card. Same with guess sunglasses no original packeging as they are not original at all.

Do so much shopping on this from baby stuff to high end makeup!!
