A great app to track the Canadian dollar against other currency. App stopped displaying the graph when showing the dollar value over time. Problem with the app or my phone??

Have used this app quite a few times very sucessfully. However now all of a sudden when you click on the exchange rates, the chart page is blank?

For US Forex customers, this app is a disaster. It makes you go through 3 login screens before letting you log in, complaining that registered with different platform.

It appears that the charting functions are no longer working. Tried to delete app and reinstall, same result. Please fix.

When viewing market rate chart, AUD to FJD and clicking the reverse arrow (FJD to AUD) gives this error message.'500 internal server error'. Pls fix this. Must show all currencies rather than just giving limited countries. Much improved when compared to the initial update.

OFX provides a very competitive exchange rate, and are fast and efficient with their transfers. They are addressing a security issue relating to beneficiary bank account details sent via e-mail.

Thanks for reinstating Market Rates and Charts, well done. I have happily reinstated my rating at 5 stars as promised. Appreciate it.

Even after today's application update, immediately after the login screen I just continually receive the message "your session has expired, login again" This has been the case for many updates for me.

OFX Support listened to earlier comments from subscribers about the previous update and have fixed problems with this update.

Well done development team. You listened and have responded with a better than ever app.

*was* a very handy app, the market rates, default unit currency view, quick view of market history *were* great features. Now it's next to useless and the information does not compel me to use the service. The absence of persistent or PIN protected quick logins is still painful too. Sadly not worth installing anymore...

Most recent version of the app is awful. No historical charts, just basic rate information and commentary. Please bring back the older version. It was so much better.

Won't even start anymore - complains that it doesn't work on a rooted phone; my phone is not rooted and is completely stock, just arrived from Google a week ago.

Rubbish now you only get conversion rates based upon 1 unit of any currency. Why "update" an app and make it worse? Uninstalled after years of using it and using another app that still does this.

This WAS a useful app ... now it's not worth anything. The updates to remove the graphs have left this offering empty.

It was a great app and I used it to send funds but with the latest upgrade absolutely useless. I have deleted and installed a better app.

Version 2.47.0 - Where have all the exchange rates gone on the Market Rates tab? it looks like I have to to click on each one individually now and can't see an overview of all the ones I selected....this is a backwards step! Even after you are logged in you cannot get an overview of the market rates?

This is my first time, using and I hope that this would not give me a hard time.

The currency converter aspect no longer allows me to type a value in (it stays at 1). No use to me like this

Quote an exchange rate on entry screen, then after going through all the sign up stages 20 mins later the rate is 10% worse. Very dishonest and a waste of 20 min of my life. Integrity is the most important thing if you want to be in this business. I would go with one of the many other companies who are genuine, upfront and honest

SCAMMERS.......They get my big sum of money and never sent to my receiver ...............AFTER 5 DAYS I GET MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. Spent 7 days for nothing......!!! DISASTER ....!!!

Have been trying for 2 days now to register even after sending my passport.. D/L..AGL...account and Hotel Details.. approx 3 times .. you still keep asking me for more proof of address ...I have already spent approx 15 mins talking to yr agent Nathan and now you are saying i need to speak to an agent again ..most frustrating Iam getting dizzy ..becsuse we are just going round in circles..

Generally seems quite logical and useful however there are major flaws which urgently need addressing. The login doesn't allow login details to be saved so I need to remember full details each time I use the app. (A pass code system would solve this). Also the app doesn't appear in my apps list (Galaxy note 4) or the main screen so to find and use the app I have to go though Google Play to find it in the installed list and open from there - This lack of basic function really spoils the whole experience.

Alerts are a nice idea but don't work. Login to trade and it gets slow and buggy on the number input ends up being dyslexic. If you want to just view market rates it works all other features are a lie.

Not having to constantly login would be a big plus. However, a second authentication factor should be implemented first as the app might give an hijacker access to steal from you (it's possible to add recipients from the app). Google authenticator would be appreciated even for the website.

The latest version tries to ensure that it cannot be used on a rooted device but the test includes a test for the existence of superSU. My Nexus 7 had been rooted once before I recently unrooted it but I had left superSU installed. OFX claimed the device was rooted until I uninstalled superSU.

I've used OFX for more than an year now, and I can tell it used to be really good, and offered best exchange rate. I was shocked when I recently reviewed other providers like Western Union and UAE exchange; their rates were much better. Spoke to customer care and was told they can't help. Wouldn't be using OFX anymore as I don't see any benefits.

Warning the last update now blocks rooted phones.... I get the issue but put a warning and accept a disclaimer to continue but don't completely block the user!!:

All my banking apps run just fine on my rooted device and have done for years ... OFX app developers should look at banking apps around the world if they can't make their app secure on Android like everyone else manages. Its particularly silly when you realise OFX transactions in Australia re only processed after funds are transferred manually outside this app ... so where is the risk?

Why does app need access to my media files??? Also, the app shows much better exchange rates before login than when one is about commit to send. This looks deceptive to me.

No longer usable, says device rooted which to my knowledge it isn't I don't even know how to do that. Sneaky update rendered a well loved app useless.
